This Starbucks is very roomy and has lots of outside seating. Our drinks have been made correctly each time we've visited, however their restrooms are disgusting. I thought it was maybe an off day when we came the 1st time but they have been bad each time we have come. The floor looks like it never gets washed and there are used paper towels and toilet paper everywhere. It makes me wonder how clean their machines are and the hygiene of the staff.

This store is chronically out of cold brew and today it was the matcha; the only two drinks I drink. I was pretty upset and the manager, Jennifer, handled my concerns beautifully. I understand that accidents happen but it is completely how one handles it that makes all the difference. Jennifer should teach customer service because not only did she remedy the problem, but unruffled my feathers and went above and beyond her requirements. She is mature, understanding and a superb manager. I felt like I was in her living room as she strived to maintain my business. Super grateful she was there and handled herself the way she did. She salvaged a rainy day-a day she was willing to go get wet in to get more matcha from another store! What a peach...Thank you for having her on board! Jennifer, thank you for treating my friends and I like royalty today instead of the classic “I’m sorry”. ?

This is the 4th or 5th time I have met friends at this location. The Service and Upkeep of this store keeps going down hill. I waited in line for 25 + minutes to get a tall cup of coffee, iced tea and ice water.. then sat outside with friends, oh yea and the honking car alarm and barking dog. The business is dirty, especially the bathrooms, and employees with fly away hair when handling food.

Good Starbucks. I've always found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The store is clean and very roomy. Great place to meet friends for coffee. Seating available both inside and out. The location used to be across the street in a smaller location. This new store is a big improvement.

Incredibly slow service if you go inside, took 19min for a simple espresso drink, even though there was no line. The slowest Starbucks I've ever been in, and they seem to prioritize the drive through. Nice space inside though.

Beautiful new Starbucks lounge...great place to hang out, drink coffee use wifi etc. The service is great but the place is a pigpen! I visit often and the dining room, tables, chair, floor and coffee prep area are awful.

So this is my neighborhood Starbucks, and let me just tell you. It is by far the best Starbucks I’ve been to. The employees are friendly it’s always clean and the drive thru is just that a drive thru, In and out. Even with a line. But 1 employee stood out more than the rest. Her name is Cierra she’s the sweetest barista I’ve ever met. She’s very friendly and that’s exactly what you want when you’re going into a Starbucks. I’m writing this review because as someone who has worked in the service industry i know what goes into doing a job and dealing with people. (Not always the nicest people either) but she is always smiling and has a very positive attitude that just radiates from her and makes your experience a whole lot better. Anyway I think she should be recognized. Thanks CIERRA!! Keep it up !! We see you girl? ?

Fun place for people watching and sipping yummy coffee drinks.
Nice and clean, but was only person in line and order took 13 minutes to fulfill. I realize they were servicing the drive thru and a few mobile orders, but was a little dismayed at how long it took to get a tall Americano.

This Starbucks has the biggest interior I've seen and it is always busy! I usually get the vanilla iced latte - multiple times they've accidentally used the vanilla syrup for frapuccinos as it's been too thick and grainy to mix into the drink. The drive-thru is pretty quick and efficient and the employees are always friendly!

Since they have become a drive-thru, they no longer have any customer service if you are not in a car. When you walk into the store nobody is there to even asked you what you want or look up. I had a problem with my drink and I stood at the drink counter for 5 minutes and nobody acknowledged or asked what they could do. Everybody is busy with their job, and doesn't have time for customer service. Even though there is a lot of room, there's usually a lot of noise.

This location is horrible. Never fails. They always mess up my order somehow or forget to tell me that items are sold out and let me stand there waiting. I'd rather travel farther than this location not to mention the employees are never friendly. Whenever I say thank you,...no response back.
