It is a very nice restaurant, but *very* pricey, so it is best to got there for a special event, more than just a weekly night out. There were 4 adults for dinner, and for 4 entrees, and 3 adult beverages (and one soda), the bill was $320 + $55 tip, for a total of $375, which is really high (at least to me). With that said, having been there once before, I knew what to expect price-wise.
The Keg is my favorite restaurant, whether in Oro Valley (Tucson) or when I'm traveling in Canada. I've been to a half dozen outlets. The best part is the staff. Attentive without being overbearing. Only issue is that they don't offer the Prime Rib rare. I can deal with that. Good wine list too. Save room (if you can) for desert.
We celebrated our 40th first date anniversary at The Keg last night. It was our first visit & we'll definitely be back. The decor is beautiful & comfortable. Our server, Luis, was outstanding. My husband had the Top Sirloin & I had the Filet Mignon with Bernaise Sauce.. I rarely order steak when I'm dining out, as I'm usually disappointed.
