Which Wich Superior Sandwiches

Sad. I remember loving going to Which Wich with my dad growing up, and I remember the place feeling lively and welcoming. Despite the garish yellow interior, this restaurant could not have felt more cold. The fun little paper ordering cards from the Which Wich days of old were replaced by a generic, clinical tablet ordering station. I think I used the same one to check into the social security office last month. The sandwiches were sad and I could have made better on my husband's panini press. There is no incentive to come to this restaurant other than convenience - it doesn't offer anything unique or special that couldn't be created in a grocery store deli. Just an overall disappointing and flavorless experience. Plus they sell Pepsi instead of coke.

We ordered two large sandwiches to go and only one was a large. The bread was so rock hard, I had to take the meat and cheese out just to enjoy my sandwich. This was also the second time we've been here and both times something was wrong with our order. Will definitely not be going back.

If you like Jersey Mikes then this is a place for you. Its simply the same recipe from a different point of view. They have killer fries and an amazing original sauce. Not to mention they have their own custom flavor mountain dew that’s amazing and a must try! They have a diverse menu and get orders out quickly. The parking is usually open and its a very clean place.

I always LOVE stopping into a which wich!!! As a picky eater, I love the customization options they have and they always get my order right! I ate at this location two days in a row - literally had dinner one night and lunch the next day! I can’t get enough. I always get a French dip, with mozzarella cheese and blue cheese, extra pickles, and the au jus dipping sauce. Their new fries are also so good!

Just no. Sandwich was gross, paid 13.00, two bites in and went in the trash. Super bummed, was looking forward to a good sandwich. I work hard for my money, and there’s not much extra left for me to spoil myself so I’m pretty upset. I’m sad that the sandwich was so bad that it was trash. Bread wasn’t soft, corned beef was tiny little shredded pieces and way to much thousand island-it made the side of the sandwich gooey and soggy. And the corned beef didn’t taste quite right.

The food is very good here. The fact that they now have lettuce wraps is really awesome. And my lettuce wrap was good. Food rating is a five. But customer service is a one. They forgot two bags of chips on our large order and a box of apple juice. When I called they said they would refund the two bags of chips but there was nothing that they could do about the Apple juice box, since it's part of a kid's meal. Do you see something wrong with this customer service?

As a general comment I'd like to say that a lot of take out restaurants have finally gotten customer service right. Apparently which wich needs to get on that journey.

about a month ago I came here with my friend and I was trying to order on the kiosk but the Apple Pay wasn't working. so I went to the counter to place my order there, the manager was extremely rude and was telling me that the Apple Pay actually does work but that it was MY fault that it wasn't woking. the employees there are great but the manager that I experienced should really learn to be kind. I work in the food industry it's not that hard to be a kind person. do better on who you're making managers.

I was planning on going here for dinner came by the restaurant and about 25min before they closed the open sign was turned off the associate dropped behind the counter. Lol like I get it at night I wanna get home but if you’re open until 8:00 at least stay open that long ?

Arrived 15 minutes before close just for them to say we technically can't tell you no but we already started closing. Immediately made us feel undervalued and like we were unconvincing them for shutting down before close. I won't be coming back and will no longer suggest them.
