I was planning on going here for dinner came by the restaurant and about 25min before they closed the open sign was turned off the associate dropped behind the counter. Lol like I get it at night I wanna get home but if you’re open until 8:00 at least stay open that long ?

Arrived 15 minutes before close just for them to say we technically can't tell you no but we already started closing. Immediately made us feel undervalued and like we were unconvincing them for shutting down before close. I won't be coming back and will no longer suggest them.

Absolutely worst sandwich I've had in Tucson. Ordered a larger Reuben. Portion size was a joke- maybe 3oz total smothered with disgusting sauce no cheese or kraut visible. Took one bite and threw away. NEVER again. Ripoff too $14.

Service was great, food was awesome. It was awhile ago that me and my fiancee went . But we absolutely loved it. Id like to go again soon.

Perfect. Pesto on an Italian grinder is perfect. Thank you.

The girl working was nice but she totally screwed up my $50 meals!! Left out an order of fries and I asked for no bacon or mayo, only lettuce and tomato. She put bacon and mayo and forgot the lettuce and tomato. Needless to say I won't be spending anymore money there

Excellent! But lately the bread has been very stale, which is sad because I do love going here :/

The first time I got Which wich a couple of months ago it was great. I decided to go back today and the sandwich had a lot less meat and it was dryer than the last one. To add to all of that the fries were not filled up in the bag, I only got one ketchup for a large fry, and I had to dispense my own drink even though it was a pickup order. It will probably be awhile before I go back.

You can build your own sandwich however you want. They're always willing to help you or to do changes for you if you catch them on time. I really like their sandwiches. I like the kids that work there

I'm sorry, but where has this been all my life?! I took my two kids here today for lunch and it was great! I'd never been here before, but had wanted to try it when we lived in Phoenix. I never got the chance until today, years later. Even my kids who are young were raving about it. I did a BYO turkey sandwich and my kids each got kids meals (a PB&J and a grilled cheese). The price is more than fair considering I recently took the two of them to Subway and it was $34 for two footlongs and a kid's meal. Our trip today was $29 and we got better food and more of it! The kids' meals were the best deal since they each got a sandwich, chips (I upgraded one to fries for $1) a drink, and a special treat. When the food was done, the employee had placed two coins, one for each child, with our food. We figured out it was for the candy machine that had M&Ms in it. This was a nice touch, my kids loved it!My food was really good too and everything was made fast! There was only one employee working that I could see, but she was churning out orders quickly. Three couples came in immediately after us and none of them looked like they waited longer than we had (a couple minutes, tops). We will definitely be coming back! I've officially sworn off Subway (or Jimmy Johns or Eegees) now that I found my way here, lol.

The absolute best visit to a sandwich shop in a long time. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a welcome in accompanied with a smile. The tables were clean and the fountain drink area clean as well. Music in the background, not too loud and I was still able to catch up on work emails.. Two grinders, Fries, and a drink for dine in, and a Cali Club to go. The two ladies working were fast but all of our food was treated with care. Nothing sloppy, meat to bun to condiments perfect ratio. Fries were fresh which was nice. Definitely recommend. I got a 10.5 inch and ate half. Hours later finished the other half. My bread not soggy. Love their bread!! Really glad we decided to visit. Our new go to sandwich spot for sure!! $47 well spent!!

Not only are the sandwiches fresh and delicious, these folks know how to take care of customers. They were struggling with their system being down, even so, I got a sandwich. The whole experience made up for a very miserable birthday the day before, and I regarded the sandwich as my birthday present. You made my day! Thank you!!!!
