Terribly rude middle aged cashier. She needs some training in customer service for sure especially being in this small town that's a pass-through to big cities.

Yuck. You need employees that treat people with respect . Was just there. 9/12/2025 5:30pm This bigger lady with crazy eyeshadow was EXTREMELY rude. We got our food. She didnt even say hi. She just shoved the food at us and shut the door. She didnt even say 'ill be right back with your drink..like MOST people do. My bf thought she forgot to give us a dr pepper because we were sitting there for a good 3min and she raised her hand at us. He said oh i'm sorry I thought you forgot our Dr pepper. Of course we thought she forgot. 3 minutes for a drink? And nobody behind us? But she rudely looked at us and said no. She gave us our Dr pepper. Slammed the door shut. And said something at us. Poor customer service. She definitely needs to be trained. Never have I ever went to any BK with disrespect she had given. Do better.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this place. The staff seemed completely inattentive to the needs of the customers and, when approached, they were dismissive and downright rude. Instead of creating a welcoming atmosphere, their attitude made the visit unpleasant. Good service is just as important as good food, and unfortunately, this establishment failed on that front. I would not recommend it.

DEFINITELY AVOID THIS PLACE!! Rude staff!!!

I just went through the drive-thru and had a very disappointing experience. The employee we interacted with was extremely rude and showed a noticeable attitude throughout the transaction. I ordered a shake and onion rings, and when we came to pay, she didn’t greet us at all. When we asked if we could use Apple Pay, she agreed, but she gave us a very judgmental look, as if questioning whether we could pay.

I handed her cash, and when I politely asked for a sauce for my onion rings, she abruptly shut the window. Even when I asked again while receiving my change, she closed the window on me. The behavior was unprofessional and unnecessarily rude.

Customer service is a fundamental part of the experience, and if someone isn’t willing or able to provide it, it reflects poorly on the establishment. Unfortunately, this interaction has made me decide not to return.

I also agree with other comments here—it seems like many of us have had similar experiences. The staff definitely needs to be retrained or changed. I felt that, because we weren’t Native American, we were treated poorly despite paying for our food. This behavior reflects badly on the restaurant, especially since many tourists from around the world visit. Please take steps to improve customer service and treat all guests with respect.

Tried to enjoy some breakfast 7am not open. Employee inside just waived us off. Rudely, easy to open and let customers know what is going on if there is an issue. If I was an owner I'd want to know three in drive through left and people waiting outside.

Food we got was not hot or up to Par with food safety fries were soggy and greasy. Burger had soggy lettuce tomatoes and dripping white shit coming out. This Burger King needs new staff and cooks Terrible Services they don't care about there job or your food.

As we walked in to the establishment we where yelled by her, we barely had just stepped a foot in and she yelled at us in an aggressive and high tone “it’s wet!!!” Very furious , we responded “yes we see we can wait” we waited for 10 min and we where completely ignored by her and all staff… any way really bad experience and never felt so discriminated by anyone

The young man with face/neck tattoos was a great human being. His demeanor not only to me, but the customers before and after me was so refreshing to see.

Extremely rude from the start. The two employees at the register did not know how to talk in a nice manor and just kept rushing us to order and then got our order incorrect and still acted rude towards us. Should get another job if you don’t want to interact with people nicely.
