Lobby was clean.

Extremely rude from the start. The two employees at the register did not know how to talk in a nice manor and just kept rushing us to order and then got our order incorrect and still acted rude towards us. Should get another job if you don’t want to interact with people nicely.

Today I had a problem with the order, they gave me an extra hamburger, I wanted to return it but the lady who served me was very rude, indifferent and not at all helpful, she did not want to solve the problem, she left and left me talking alone. Another worker who heard came to me and kindly solved the problem, since it was their own mistake. It was on Saturday 10/11/24 at 7:30pm the lady who helped me was the one who was attending the order window in the car

Passing thru page to go home, stopped at this location.. right off the back the big Navajo lady working the drive thru had a attitude with me asking questions about the sandwiches and if they had orange soda.. my first time here so I didn't know what they had because some locations differ.. ask for some ketchup and she rolled her eyes and said she put some in the bag which was 2 and slammed the window and walked off.. observing her she went back to cleaning the counter dipping her hand in the bucket and getting more food for people dinning inside.. very disappointing customer service.. my lost of 16 dollars. Watching her clean and not washing her hands when handling food, I guarantee she did the same to my order.. there's a McDonald's down the road, so i trashed my order and went there.. great food and was made when i ordered it. Cashier was very nice and helpful.. avoid this BK.. lady's not happy at all with her job and puts that negative energy on you..

Everything was okay, coming from just a regular Burger King. The only problem that upsets me is how the employees were rudely talking about my grandma who is hard of hearing and has a knee problem which I don’t expect them to know. I apologized for her inconvenience hoping to get back a “it’s okay, have a goodnight” all I got back was “ It says on the sign to use the other EXIT!” And another employee stating “gosh people can’t read” I understand if it’s “hard” to work at Burger King but to say something that rudely about my grandma I won’t tolerate. If the manager sees this I know employees won’t give a damn, but teaching them to control what they say about elders and customers in general would be much more effective than being a literal child. Also if there’s a problem with the main door maybe lock it to make your job a lot easier. I could’ve said something in her defense but knowing leaving a review would make more of an impact.

Pretty big portion for medium drinks and fries. Just a kindly reminder that if u r going to order frozen drink，u have to wait about 10 mins.

Nightmare! Ordered & got receipt, my burger was completely wrong, took it back, 2nd one was completely wrong, took it back, next burger was correct and I was able to start eating, my husband was finished by the time I got my burger plus my fries were cold. I heard talk about my order and as I took my 2nd bite the manager (MALE) called me to counter and told me I didnt pay for my cheese, LOL LOL LOL. I really thought he was calling me up there to make good on me not getting to eat for 30 minutes, sitting there with nothing to eat as my husband ate his, sitting there as my fries got cold, NOOOOOOOO. I was called up to pay for 2 pieces of cheese!! I told him I would think as a manager he would be offering me fresh fries and apologizing for me not getting to eat while my husband eat. AGAIN, he repeated he needed to get me to pay for my cheese!!! I told him again that he AGAIN disturbed me eating my burger, I had only taken 2 bites and he disturbed my meal that I finally got to get me to pay for 2 pieces of cheese. I said what was on my mind and he finally told me to enjoy my meal. I went back to my seat upset and couldnt eat hardly. NEVER GOING BACK HERE
