Fiesta Mexicana Restaurant

Asked about vegan options and as other people mentioned, was met was resistance but the first person but a lady came over with the menu to go over it…refried beans with lard, rice with chicken fat, mo cheese, no sour cream so basically my only option was whole beans, a few veggies and guac 🥑 So I left.

We had the best vegan beans of our lives here. No vegan dishes listed explicitly, so we asked for vegan versions of the fajitas and burritos. So delicious and huge portions! Our first waiter the first night started to say that they couldn’t offer vegan dishes at all but he called another guy over who explained that yes they can cook the vegetables without butter, and the whole beans are vegan. Our second night, we had a very charming waiter Fernando who was knowledgeable and confident about what could be made vegan. Note that the rice and refried beans are not vegan, and all our waiters were knowledgeable about this.

You need to try this place if you are in the area!

I got the combo meal (pick 1,2 or 3 items)
With rice and refried beans. I ordered chicken taco,burrito and chimichanga. Everything tasted EXACTLY the same, just slightly different shell.

This place is amazing. The food was delicious. The staff were friendly and quick service. The portions sizes were big. Great prices and the size of the house margarita was impressive. I’ve now been craving it every night since!
