walked in and someone was at the register but didn’t even acknowledge me, when i tried to order she said i had to wait, there was literally no one in there. when i did order finally, the worker didn’t even look at me. i even gave her a compliment because maybe she was having a bad day, but she just looked at me and went on with her business. Terrible customer service and this is the only place to get food in the area, which is ridiculous.

Iced chai was not good, I just took a sip and did not even drink it so I asked VERY NICELY to change it for a different drink but the lady said very coldly “NO”
What a nice way to treat tourists :)
The bartender and a server, Antony, are the best part of the place. Their awesome attitude made the experience worth it, despite the fact that the service from everyone else could improve significantly.
Sat down, waited 20 minutes no one came to table to take drink orders or food orders. Even asked the lady that sat us down told her the problem said someone to be with you in a moment never happened. Got up and left. Went into town to eat.

The food at this place keeps getting better every time I visit! And is crazy to know that this is the biggest floating restaurant on a lake in the world! I just wish they had t-shirts of the restaurant itself, not only the Marina. Love it, totally recommend it!

Talanya was our server and she was fantastic!I had a lovely glass of wine a few few slices of pizza and shared a Caesar salad. Everything was fantastic and everyone that waited on us was great. The manager came over and was nice as well. I highly recommend 😁

Don’t waste your time. We got a nice table for our party of 9. We ordered the chicken wings and about 20-25 minutes we ordered all of our food. The waitress brought out 1/2 of everyones food along with the wings. So much for an appetizer. The food we did get was not good and the other half of the food took another 15 minutes or so. Very strange. My burger was way overcooked to hockey puck status. Then she says they cant make pizza anymore, after my 11yo daughter waited about 30 minutes. She asked my daughter if she wanted something different, so she went with the kids corn dog. About 20 minutes later the waitress said sorry, they don’t have any corn dogs left. She asked us if we wanted the kids sliders that were meant for another tables order. Ummm what?? She set them down and we all just stared at each other. What a bad experience for an overpriced lunch!

If I could have put zero stars, I would have: we arrived at 4 at 5.30pm and asked for a drink. The place was almost empty (only 3 tables occupied). We no longer had the impression of disturbing. To flee !

This restaurant is located on Antelope Point Marina. When you park at the marina, you actually have to go down a long ramp to get down to the restaurant area. We came because we thought the views would be nice while we ate. We got to the restaurant and saw a lot of staff standing around not doing much and no one helped us get a table- we had to ask around until someone filled in from another section of the establishment. Then it took another 15 mins for us to hunt down a server. The crazy thing was, they weren't busy. It was a Monday evening and only a handful of customers were there and we saw lots of staff just hanging out in the back of the restaurant not doing anything. The menu isn't much, the food was just okay. But the hard part was leaving! It was a steep ramp to get down to the restaurant and they have marina employees who drive golf carts to help take people back up to the lot. It was 98 degrees and a lot hot walk so we wanted the help from the golf cart- but that took us another 20 mins to get an available golf cart. Antelope Point needs better management and better training of their staff.
We were seated quicker than the busser said (sweet girl). Not that I was expecting to wait for a long time, but I did know the time we sat down. We got water and menus right away (thank you, young busboy)… and then nothing for 25 minutes. A lot of servers walked by us, and yes they did look busy even though the restaurant was half full. I managed to talk to a server right next to us and simply asked, “Do you know who our server is? We’ve been waiting for almost 30 minutes.” In the rudest, most uncalled for way, snapped back and said, “You have Not been waiting for 30 minutes!!!” ? I looked back at my two young daughters and young niece and from the looks on their faces, I decided we needed to leave. The server was nearby so I quietly asked for her name. Again, in an unkind way said that her name was on the card thingy on the table. Wow. I don’t know how someone like that is allowed to work in customer service. I hadn’t been to this restaurant in awhile, and although I’ve heard poor reviews from locals, I thought I’d give my visiting niece a good experience, and she did while we were walking back up the ramp…. She laughed when my youngest daughter said, “Someone needs to call that lady’s parents.” ?
I see my review wound up in the Antelope Point Marina section, so I will repeat it here. While wife and I have always been happy with the various services available from the marina itself, it was my intention to provide an accurate discussion about the Jadi To Oh - the Navajo name to the floating restaurant in the Marina; hopefully to correct some of the wildly inaccurate discussions elsewhere. My wife and I have been dining at Jadi To Oh since it opened around 20 years ago. A little background - we are trailer boaters - we use the Marina as a base for exploring Lake Powell with our Bayliner cabin cruise. With no exceptions, dining at Jadi To Oh has been a delight down thru the years (they arent open for breakfast - my review covers our experience for lunch and dinner. A complaint? Well...sometimes the music is too loud for us older types...! The other day was no exception to our history of excellence at this restaurant. Could one possibly have a bad experience? Well..anything is possible. The other day was typical. The vegetables were cooked, still crunchy but not mush. The salads? All obviously fresh. The various meat dishes? All exceptional. The help? All obviously well-trained, well-managed, and eager to perform their respective jobs. Many facilities these days are short-handed. It should surprise no-one outside of rock-dwellers that service can sometimes be slower than ideal. My recommendation...go back to your cave! My wife and I have enjoyed dining at the finest restaurants in Beverly Hills and Los Angeles, California, and those of the best hotels in Las Vegas. If Jadi To Oh has not met one's expectations, I suggest go back to MacDonalds....!
Stay away!!! The food is great so order it to go, but the service is one for the books. We have owned a houseboat here for 10+ years and never had such a poor experience with any service anywhere ever. The waiter actually tried to tell us that the included drink with kids meals was water! Not to mention that out of 16 of us, only 6 received waters the entire meal. Our kids actually got up to get their own drinks because the waiter Leo (if that was his name) asked them to go get them themselves. My daughter is 6 years old! We received 3 out of 16 meals and mentioned we were missing a few items and which he was verbally frustrated about. He then brought a burger to my 10 year old, which was supposed to have no cheese on it and when my son mentioned it he actually got upset at him. Finally after 2 hours got each meal separately. we get the bill which has the automatic 19%, which explains the worst most offensive service ever, and he charged us for kids drinks and kids sides from the kids meals which it clearly states on the menu is included. After making every excuse like water was included and blaming us he charged the card and said if we mentioned it at the table he would have taken it off! What! So over charged $30, verbally offended both during dinner service and when asking about the bill, gaslighting to no end and never a mention of I’m sorry for the inconvenience. Wow, wow. I believe this may fall on deaf ears of the management, who should be seriously concerned with this kind of server at their restaurant but if I can keep one family from dining in this place it would be worth it. Thankfully the kitchen did a great job and the food was good. Order it to go and you won’t be disappointed!
Couldn't ask for a better view while enjoying lunch out on the outdoor patio area. Assisted to the restaurant by golf cart and then an amazing lunch. Food and service was great!
