AVOID, RAW CHICKEN! We were on vacation in Page and decided to get some dinner at Jack in the Box because it was so close to the hotel. We got a big box of popcorn chicken combo. There was a big piece of chicken in the box of which I ate half and it tasted off, so I looked at it and saw it consisted of mostly soggy breading and a fully RAW piece of chicken! I felt sick to my stomach. I went back to the restaurant and showed the raw chicken and the manager responded nonchalant, as if this happens all the time. He said: "oh yes ok, do you want a new box or a refund?" I asked for a refund and was given a PART refund for the box because "the curly fries were already eaten" !!!! Unbelievably bad quality of food and service. Now I have to hope I don't get sick which would ruin our vacation. This was the first and last time at Jack in the Box! By the way, the curly fries were dry and cold.

Can’t even give a rating on the food because I didn’t even get to smell mine. I came here at about 7:10 (almost an hour after they opened), opened the door, and found that there was not a soul in there except for one person sitting at a table sleeping. None of the cooking machines were on or anything. I contacted Jack in the Box to try to get my money back to no avail. Haven’t got any email back or anything. Looking at other reviews it looks like it isn’t all that great even with staff here.

Dirty, Rude Staff, and Warm Drinks
I had a terrible experience at this burger joint. The place was dirty – tables were left with food scraps, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. It was not a place where you’d want to sit and enjoy a meal.
To make things worse, the staff was rude and unprofessional. They didn’t seem to care about customers, were dismissive when I asked for assistance, and acted like I was a bother for simply placing an order.
The worst part? The ice machine was broken, so there were no ice cubes for the drinks, which meant that my soda was warm. In this heat, that’s the last thing you want. There was no apology or explanation, just warm drinks and bad service.
Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I definitely won’t be coming back.

Delicious burger, delicious bun and juicy meat. Unfortunately, the sports drinks from the vending machine tasted like chlorinated water. But that's something that only bothers someone like me from Germany ;)

AWFUL!! Please don't eat anything except curly fries in this restaurant. Me and my friends ordered hamburgers, tacos and wrap but they were all tasted awful. I couldn't finished it. After eating them I had stomach problems. The curly fries were the best fries that I've ever tried tho.
