Ordered the wraps they are good I checked me order to make sure it was correct!! I ordered curly fries got regular ones I asked for my curly fries. I got charged 33 more cents (not the point) then they asked for the other fried back I told them no because that is against all health department codes!!

Not sure why the rating is so low—I honestly don’t get it! This place keeps their ingredients fresher than any other branch I’ve been to. The food tastes great, the staff are super friendly, and the vibe is just right. Special shout-out to the manager and assistant manager here—they’re absolute legends!

Ordered 2 sandwiches and waited half am hour for my order. One sandwiche was already cold. Service staff kept apologizing for the wait. Inside the store was freezing cold. People left to eat in their cars because it was so cold inside. Not going back there.

Waited 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge we were there. She could not get our order right even after repeating it several times. Waited another 10 & 1/2 minutes & I finally asked about our order. We were the only ones in there. Our food was ready but she was hunting for the milk. Order was supposed to be sourdough sandwich with bacon & one with sausage. Both were ham. Will never eat here again.
We stopped to get burgers and fries before we headed back to Sedona. This place never disappoints.

I ordered my meal from the woman working the register without issue. When I got my food, I noticed I did not have sauce for my fries. When I approached the counter, I saw two males in the back. The older male actively ignored me, even when I requested the bbq sauce, 3 times. I gave up and ate cold fries. Other than that, its fast food. Its not healthy, its convenient.

I tried the Double Jack with fries. The burger was very good with a surprising amount of salad, the fries were also okay. My only point of criticism is the small sachets for the ketchup. A dispenser would make more sense here and produce less waste.

I went into the establishment and waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order. The tables were dirty and not wiped down. The floors were not swept or mopped in what looked like days. I was never greeted or told someone would be with me shortly. Very poor customer service. My family and I ended up going to McDonald’s across the street.
