So this morning I went into Jack in the box and I believe the lady's name is Matilda Gray so rudely had no way of communicating with her customers she was just rude she had no eye contact her comment was even ruder she treated her employees bad this lady needs to get revoked from her position

The food was terrible. The worst jack n The box I ever got food.Dryed up hamburger and the chicken sandwich was over cooked chicken half the size of the bun.

I placed an online order, but there was a mix-up on my part when I arrived. They walked me through the eprocess and helped me get my order sorted out. They were fun, warm, and sweet, sporting their silly Christmas sweaters, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We’re visiting from the East Coast, traveling through Arizona for the first time, and decided to try Jack in the Box. Unfortunately, our experience at the Page, AZ location was terrible, all because of the drive-thru cashier listed on our receipt as “Jess R.” If that’s not her name, she was a heavier-set lady with dark hair working the drive-thru window.
From the moment she started speaking to us, her tone was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. We told her it was our first time ever trying Jack in the Box, and instead of being welcoming or helpful, she talked to us in a condescending way, saying things like “the food always comes that way,” as if we should magically know that despite being from another state.
When I asked if we could add something to our order literally seconds later, she refused and told us we’d have to “go all the way around again” instead of just adding it right there, something every other fast-food place can do without an issue. The attitude alone ruined the experience.
If this is the level of customer service this location allows, we won’t be returning. First impressions matter, and this one was awful.

I had a really great experience at this Jack in the Box in Page, Arizona! The service was excellent, especially thanks to the employee working the drive-thru window — the one wearing the dark red durag. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite, and really stood out through his kindness and professionalism.
Because of him, we actually came back again — that’s how much of a positive impression he made! Compared to other Jack in the Box locations, this one truly stands out. You feel genuinely welcome here, and it’s clear that great customer service makes all the difference. We’ll definitely be returning!

One thing and only thing that will continue to irritate me is that they claim to never have cherries for the milk shakes and hardly put whip cream either.. don't advertise it if you will never provide it, or maybe just order correctly. 🤷🏼♀️ Also maybe practice some customer service.

The fat boy in me ordered the biggest burger they had. It was quite delicious for a fast food burger. Fries were good as well.

Ordered the wraps they are good I checked me order to make sure it was correct!! I ordered curly fries got regular ones I asked for my curly fries. I got charged 33 more cents (not the point) then they asked for the other fried back I told them no because that is against all health department codes!!

Not sure why the rating is so low—I honestly don’t get it! This place keeps their ingredients fresher than any other branch I’ve been to. The food tastes great, the staff are super friendly, and the vibe is just right. Special shout-out to the manager and assistant manager here—they’re absolute legends!

Ordered 2 sandwiches and waited half am hour for my order. One sandwiche was already cold. Service staff kept apologizing for the wait. Inside the store was freezing cold. People left to eat in their cars because it was so cold inside. Not going back there.
