With the prices of fast food going out of control this particular establishment continues to keep sales at an appetizing level. Although considered fast food, unlike most other larger chains you may wait a whole 3 to 5 minutes for your order but rest assured its gonna be piping hot and fresh, well worth the wait. The variety of menu items is phenomenal from breakfast to dinner and sold all day.Parking: Plenty of parking within sight of dining.Kid-friendliness: Children's meals available for the Jack fans in your life.

We came here from Horseshoe bend with my family were 10 of us and trying to order our food in Drive thru. The staff was rude and rushing us too much. We will definitely not coming back here and this lady was rude. Anyways maybe she having a bad days but she should bring it at work.

one of the rudest places I have ever been to and I have been dicks restaurant where they are pay to be rude. After sitting for 10 mins at the drive thru window for 5 tacos and a large fries I asked if I can get a cup of water for my son. I was told no I had to drive around and reorder. I asked why and was told she has a time limit . I guess 10 mins for 5 tacos and 30 secs for water could over due their time. I asked if she was serious. she said yes and closed the drive thru window on me. As I travel thru page at least twice a month with my family and look forward to their tacos I will avoid that place like I did when they had tainted meat back in the early 90s. Jack in the box you had me back.

UNBELIEVABLY FRUSTRATED WITH THE “MANAGER” Levi….I offered to send pics of our $25+ order that was ALL WRONG as it was 8:30 at night and I didn’t want to go back out and BRING him back the worthless food that he was going to throw away like we were, before he would issue our refund…He DID NOT OFFER to remake, comp, not even an apology let alone any of the customer service options that make a good Manager…Sorry to say that this was a TOTAL manager fail!!Customer service is pertinent when you are in charge of running a restaurant!!Very disappointing!!

Very good & filling meal. Need to watch the order a little closer. I ordered NO cheese, but both burgers had cheese. I'm not allergic, I just don't like cheese on my meats! Still a good meal.

We came for a drive through order at 9:20pm. (It says drive through open until 10)The order machine told us they were closed.We waited about 23 minutes to get through the line.The person 2 ahead of us got the wrong meal.And the person serving at the window never gave us our change.
