assistant manager took my phone call after sending wrong order, extremely incompetent, stayed silent at first, then was just completely out of line, belligerent, and disrespectful, gave us 3 different names on phone like it was a joke. Reported to corporate. This location needs customer service training. Terrible and awful staff. Will never order here again

What happened to good customer service.? Not everyone is terrible, but one bad apple ruins the whole bunch. 🫤 Either they are way understaffed or someone hates their job… my pizza was done in 10 minutes though and fresh. Thank you for that.

Called to order a pizza the girl on the phone hung up on me so I called back and they seemed very mad that I was calling, there was still an hour left before close, the pizza was horrible and wasnt cut thourghly
Whenever we travel, an easy fix for the hungry teenagers in our family has always been a quick stop at Little Caesers. The deep dish cheese pizza is our go to. Same here in Page, AZ. Ordered 2 of them during lunch time, was informed it'll be ready in 20 minutes, and it's ready in 20 minutes on the dot. Kids loved it.

The assistant manager or whoever she is, she's very rude and treats the employees so badly. I've seen the other reviews and I have no idea how she's still working there when all of the bad reviews are about her. Her attitude is very disgusting. Do better.

When I was a boy, Lil Caesars was the "Pizza, Pizza"spot for a an affordable meal for the whole family, where two pies were offered for a reasonable price. Today the value is still exceptional and ready when you arrive or shortly there after. No dining in, which I'm sure keeps the operational costs down but the facilities are up to date and generally kept clean. Parking can seem inadequate so a quick ride around the block almost always pays off as customers are there for only as long as it takes to pay and go. Online and telephone orders are accepted along with most major credit cards. Unfortunately the establishments size does not allow for wheelchair ♿ accessibility and of course no public restrooms. Most everything needed for lunch or dinner is available from pizza to beverage and also desert.
