Called in an order and was told it will be ready in 15 minutes. So I went to pick up 20 minutes later and waited 10 more minutes to be told my pizza still wasn't made. He finally got the pizza to me until 20 more minutes. So to order and pick up one pizza took me 50 minutes. I was patient and did habe empathy for the one worker taking orders, building the pizzas and boxing them. Overall, good pizza but they need to hire more help especially on NFL Sundays. Otherwise, I always enjoy ordering my kids pizza from here. Their favorite.

I will continue to come and continue to report their performance til I see changes in the staffs!! HOW DID U MANAGE TO HIRE A THEIF? AS A MANAGER THIS NEEDS THE CORPORATES ATTENTION!! assistant manager took my phone call after sending wrong order, extremely incompetent, stayed silent at first, then was just completely out of line, belligerent, and disrespectful, gave us 3 different names on phone like it was a joke. Reported to corporate. This location needs customer service training. Terrible and awful staff. Will never order here again

What happened to good customer service.? Not everyone is terrible, but one bad apple ruins the whole bunch. 🫤 Either they are way understaffed or someone hates their job… my pizza was done in 10 minutes though and fresh. Thank you for that.
Rude staff and terrible service. They stopped making pizza and any food 15 minutes before closing. Ashamed to even waste my time coming in.

Whenever we travel, an easy fix for the hungry teenagers in our family has always been a quick stop at Little Caesers. The deep dish cheese pizza is our go to. Same here in Page, AZ. Ordered 2 of them during lunch time, was informed it'll be ready in 20 minutes, and it's ready in 20 minutes on the dot. Kids loved it.
