11:30am came for a quick lunch to find 50% of the menu ‘crossed out’ and the other 50% sold out. Basically no food available. Atmosphere is dark and messy. Staff looked disinterested or half asleep. Skip this place and go to the Italian Deli for great food and warm service.

Absolutely terrible service and overpriced. Only one employee who wouldn't even take orders (so that we could at least sit down to wait) until she fulfilled previous orders. Picture of the line with only one employee attached.
Also, they were out of half the breakfast items. I ordered an avocado bagel which was supposed to come with eggs, they were out of eggs. I asked for a substitute and got bacon. Later noticed that the barista added a $2.50 charge for bacon, which was not even want I wanted. Not my problem if they are out of eggs, substitutions that make the product worse should be free and not charged an add-on fee.

Horrible service. If you’re coming here for food, just go somewhere else. A couple of the staff members were rude and not attentive to their customers at all. I ordered a bagel with a salad online. I get there, and they never noticed my order so I had to wait a long time. People who ordered after me were getting their food. When I finally got my food (I had to ask them again), the salad was missing. After waiting even longer, they told me I had to pay even more to get the salad because the manager didn’t update the system. They literally made me pay for a $3 salad after doing this to me. Save yourself the trouble and just go somewhere else.

It took a half hour to get terrible coffee and a very mediocre breakfast burrito. The drip coffee tasted like it was from a twice-used Keurig pod. Absurdly overpriced.
I ordered a latte, and it tastes terrible—easily the worst coffee I’ve had recently. If you urgently need Wi-Fi, this place could be an option. However, if coffee is your main purpose, make sure to go somewhere else.

The line was long but we figured the type of food they make here doesn't take long so it will be fine.
After waiting on like for 15 min we found out they were out of 60% of their breakfast items at 9AM. The only thing we could get was bagel so we ordered it.
After ordering, it took more than 30 minutes for our order to come out...
To their credit, the food we ate was good but what's the point of good food if you have to waste the entire morning getting it.
This was more wait time than a sit down restaurant.

Coffee is really good- the only comment/concern are prices. 6.65 for a small (12oz) iced latte. I get it. I see the price and it is my choice to buy it, but come on. Muffins 4.50 and they are small. I love to sponsor local business, but it is rough to pay so much for such a small quantity. Service was ok; today they had 10 people in front of me and intermittently another employee was helping with the line. People were patient, but it is not what you expect. This also sets the tone for the customer's response. You pay a lot, you expect convenience in the service. The atmosphere is good. Place is clean, spacy, with good decor. It has all sorts of seating areas; quite comfortable.
