Before I complain I’d like to say the food is AMAZING! 🍔 this review is purely based on the customer service. I usually come here around 8 p.m., and it seems the employees on the night shift have a clear issue with people of a lighter skin tone. I’m a local and eat here so often that this food has become a comfort for me. But you know what’s not a comfort? Having my bag of food thrown into my car and the window slammed in my face after I try to say thank you.☹️
I’m tired of this, and it happens often. I’ve asked others about their experiences, and there is an obvious pattern in how the staff chooses to treat people based on their looks. I try to be as nice as possible since I also work in food service I know it can be mentally draining and challenging. It’s honestly embarrassing that the teenagers who work here have better customer service than the women in their 40s to 60s. Props to the blonde guys and teen girl who always treat me like an actual person! It’s heavily appreciated. At least the fry sauce is yummy enough to make up for the racial bias.🍟

The food was very disappointing from the hamburgers to the chicken strips to the chili cheese dog you can just taste the low quality, even they’re chilly taste weird the family and the kids weren’t satisfied with their actual food. Nobody wanted to finish anything they had to do with the hamburger chicken tenders or the chili dogs so you just let them eat their ice cream, which is the only thing that tasted gift from this establishment.

If they are gonna mumble and complain about someone taking to long to order even when it’s not busy and it takes 15 minutes to serve just 2 cars at least turn your mic off so the customer can’t hear you complain about them

We travel to Page quite often to visit family and this place is always at the top of our list to eat at. Service is good and friendly and the food is 10/10 every time. Since this place closed their dining room I wish there was a walk up window to order. Sometimes when we’re at the park across the street we want to walk over and order, but we have to get in the car and go through the drive thru.

Wow!!! 5tars from us. We all LOVED the food!! The Mushroom Burger was heavenly and my husband really liked the grilled chicken. The fries were fabulous as well. I would definitely come back!!

Hands down the best place to order a rainbow! Slushy with ice cream. Like the one at Dairy Queen. However, this will leave you wanting to come back for seconds. My favorite is the lime flavor. A small fry, to dip your ice cream into. Also grab some fry sauce. This combo is my go to.
I go to RDs weekly, tonight I was rung up and served by a girl named Madison. She was amazing! I was having a horrible night and she came back to my car just to make sure I was okay. Her compassion was unbelievable. Give this girl a raise, caring employees are a rare gem these days!

We are from out of town. I wanted burgers and saw the reviews on line. I was shocked when we got to the restaurant. The drive through line started in the street -before the parking lot!! We decided to wait it out because everyone seemed desperate to eat here. This place was jumping. (The delivery man seemed so miserable) The food was worth the wait
