I'm sorry that I can only give one star. Although your staff has to work on Christmas Eve, the quality of the food itself is very problematic. There's nothing wrong with French fries and Oreo ice cream. But the burger was a real disaster. Everyone says McDonald's is terrible in America, but today I found it even worse.

Ordered a cheeseburger, without a bun due to an allergy, and received the burger in a box, cheese side down, and without a fork. I called the store to complain and was asked if I was just calling to complain or did I want the sandwich remade. Told the person I had already left the premises but, was letting them know that they should provide a fork with orders and it was not appropriate to serve the burgers cheese side down. Guy on the phone told me he was busy making other orders and didn’t have time to listen to complaints!

We visited this location twice once at night and once in the day. No service to the car. Did not have ice cream and Shakes on either days and it was super hot.
I just order $70 in food from Sonic and when they came out knowing I chose cash to pay, I handed her $100 and she said she is unable to give me $30 dollars back in change So they threw all that food away because she didn’t want to break the bill.

If I could give negative stars, I would. We recently had a very disappointing experience at Sonic. We ordered two strawberry shakes, but what we received was essentially strawberry milk. When we asked for replacements, we were told we needed to buy new ones. This isn’t the first time we’ve encountered rude service at this location. The staff consistently treats customers poorly. I would recommend going somewhere else where you’ll be treated with dignity and respect.
