We've been trying to order for days now, unfortunately there seems to be a major shortage of staff, which is why no one has contacted us at the order window. I think I tried it 3 times a day and waited longer than 2 minutes. Then we drove again.Today the order went well, the food was okay, the milkshakes weren't tasty, they only tasted like cream and the chocolate and the Oreo milkshake both tasted the same (you can get a good milkshake at Jack in the Box).I wouldn't recommend it.

They were out of bacon so we did not get that on our burgers. I ordered mustard for our corn dogs wich we also did not get for some reason. The milkshake was terrible and tried to ask if the ice coffe contained milk but the guy didn't seem to understand that someone can be lactose intolerant.

What can you say. I never had this food before and it was good for what we got, just not something I'd get again. I'm not a fast food lover but it was quick and somewhat easy. The screen didn't work when we got there and it was hard to figure out what we wanted or were able to get. The staff was very helpful and kind.

My first time trying Sonic. The order process was good. Just drive up and order directly from your car. The food was like a 7/10 and the employee was very friendly.
I don't eat there but my dad and sister likes it?Dietary restrictions: Use less grease. Drain the oil off the food.

Sorry. A little food poisoning from a crispy tender ruined it for me. Nice service though and I like the ease of ordering at Sonic. The burger and fries were good. My wife suffered no ill effects.

DON’T EAT HERE!I’m not a foodie and I don’t have high standards when it comes to fast food, but this food didn’t come anywhere near meeting my very low expectations. The supposedly crispy chicken sandwich was limp and floppy and there was nothing crispy about it. The lettuce was gross looking and completely wilted. Worse than that, the taste of the chicken was horrible. I can’t even describe it. Chicken should not taste like that. I threw the sandwich away after one bite. I’d give this restaurant a negative star rating if that was possible. The chicken was so horrible. I almost forgot to review the chocolate shake that I got. You’d think it would be impossible to mess up a chocolate shake, but you’d be wrong. As I started drinking it, it tasted almost like chocolate syrup. When I got back to my hotel room with my awful food, I poured out the shake only to find that the bottom of the cup was filled with chocolate syrup. They put in way too much and didn’t mix in what was at the bottom.

The people working here need to be taught customer service skills. Our card wouldn't scan so we asked that they enter it in manually and the guy told us that is not an option. When we asked what they typically do in this situation he said nothing becauss people usually just drive off. Luckily we had cash. After getting our food from the drive thru we pulled up near the garbage can. We were changing our infant and feeding when they guy came out and told us to move our car. We said it would be a minute as we were literally working on caring for our baby and he kept saying we were not allowed to park where we were and needed to move. So we hurried to move the car just to see there wasn't a line in the drive thru and we weren't blocking anyone. We travel passed here a couple times a year and always stop here. This will be our last time.
