Good luck coming here at any time before 4pm! You’ll need it. The drinks here are poorly made unless you come in at night. I am local and I have basically given up on even coming here unless I see the girl with long brown hair working at night or the emo kid with red hair. Despite being what seems to be the youngest people working here these two oddly enough are the only people in this Starbucks who know what they are doing. I do not have to worry about wait time nor the taste of my drink if I order from the kid with red hair. Despite being completely alone with huge lines he still manages to get me my drink within a reasonable time and it always tastes perfect. So this makes me question how it can be so low quality and slow in the mornings when they have a whole staff team working? When I order in the morning all I get is sugary slop that I eventually just throw out. From 6am to 5ish pm don’t expect any any of your customizations to be followed, and don’t expect to get any kind of good customer service. I’ve wasted so much time and money on this place please do not do the same. One last applause to the high schoolers who appear to be the only saving grace that this Starbucks location has.🤣🙄 Pathetic!

I'd give a negative star if I could. The person Nash was so rude, refused to make cold drinks. Made my coconut milk chai with regular milk even though I paid and ordered coconut! Go anywhere else for coffee! This location is awful!!!

Absolutely horrendous. When people said this is the worst Starbucks ever, they were not lying. My drink tasted bland and watery, made them remake it. Second drink tasted the same. Go somewhere else. Don’t waste your time and money here. Plus they got very long lines.

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I ordered a Chocolate Cream Cold Brew, and the barista filled more than half of my cup with water before pouring coffee from a pitcher into it!!! Which honestly SHOCKED me. Imagine the test just feel like drink a water + coffee flavor. And then when you order is ready instead of calling out my name or saying my drink was ready to go, they just placed it on the counter in front. When I asked the barista if I could take it because it was mine, they looked up at me and asked, “Is it really yours?” I said, “Yes, it’s mine,” and they just replied, “Then take it.”

The worst Starbucks barista I've ever experienced. They pour the coffee directly into a plastic container and make it. After making the coffee, they push the cup to the customer. This is the first time I've written a review like this... The coffee that was served to me spilled on me and my clothes got dirty, but the barista with a pierced nose didn't even apologize. Instead, he filled the spilled coffee with ice and water and gave it to me... I really wanted to throw a punch... I held back because I didn't want my life to be ruined by this. I saw a review here after seeing the same behavior at a cheap beer place. It's a crazy complaint, but since there hasn't been any improvement yet, I wonder if the barista is the owner. There are a lot of tourists, and it's damaging America's image... They don't care about this.
