Worse place to get a cup of coffee. We left out of frustration. Need to hire the right people to serve customers.
So RUDE!!
A tomboy barista with a nose pierce is very rude. I don’t consider serving but throwing the coffee to customers. No manner at all!

The worst Starbucks barista I've ever experienced. They pour the coffee directly into a plastic container and make it. After making the coffee, they push the cup to the customer. This is the first time I've written a review like this... The coffee that was served to me spilled on me and my clothes got dirty, but the barista with a pierced nose didn't even apologize. Instead, he filled the spilled coffee with ice and water and gave it to me... I really wanted to throw a punch... I held back because I didn't want my life to be ruined by this. I saw a review here after seeing the same behavior at a cheap beer place. It's a crazy complaint, but since there hasn't been any improvement yet, I wonder if the barista is the owner. There are a lot of tourists, and it's damaging America's image... They don't care about this.

I was visiting the U.S. for the first time, and my English isn’t perfect. A woman with short purple hair and an undercut was taking my order and added a cake pop that I hadn’t ordered. I politely said, “Excuse me, sir,” and explained that we didn’t order it.
I realize the word I used is usually for men, but it just came out because I wasn’t confident in my English. She then gave me a serious look and told me not to use that word, in a way that felt very harsh. I immediately apologized, explaining that I didn’t mean any disrespect and that it was just a mistake due to my limited English.
Even after I apologized, she didn’t respond and avoided looking at me. There were other customers around, so it felt very embarrassing. I was disappointed that she didn’t acknowledge her mistake in adding the cake pop and seemed focused only on her own sense of respect. From the beginning, her expression was blank, and she didn’t engage, which made me wonder if there might have been racial bias.

It's terrible service in this location. The lady who is taking orders is nice BUT she makes a mistake with my order. I understand mistakes can happen. I ordered a Matcha Frappuccino, but I got a Matcha Latte. I let the young lady barista know the wrong one, but she tried to debate with me and let me know it's not my order, but a cup has my name. Why is it not mine? She gave me a really bad attitude and avoided making a new drink for me. It's not my fault, but your team made a mistake in the order. After that, the older lady made a new one for me. When you are from a poor-mannered family, Don't make others suffer from your negativity

The Starbucks gives Starbucks a bad name. Coffee is not very good, the service was not very friendly, the person taking the order was having a difficult time communicating.

Expect to wait at least 30 minutes on your coffee if there are not many people. They are very slow and do not even try to hurry

On 8/2/25 I stopped here for coffee. There was a small line and it turned out to move at a snails pace. Finally I get to counter -the employees did not speak to, or look at customers except while taking orders (not even a "good morning") Not friendly, Weird vibe. I always get the same coffee, a venti ,hot mocha with only 2 pumps of chocolate. When my coffee came it was a not a mocha. It took a long time to get one of the girls attention (they literally walked away/turned their back to you if you tried to get their attenrion), I had to go back to the cashier and told her that my drink was wrong. she looked at me blankly, took my coffee over to the second girl and they both looked at my coffee ? and told me it was what I ordered then handed it back to me and walked away. I expect a $7 coffee to be made correctly. I was not in the mood, so I threw it away and moved on with my life. I was traveling and will NEVER Go back there, would not reccomend this place to anyone. Also, I have never had to wait that long at a SB. Those girls really seemed to hate thier job and took it out on the customers
They don't get any order at all.

Staff was very rude, ignoring the customers, waiting to serve 10 more peoples, even though you paid before them. Staff was throwing things around. Being rude with the customers.

Literally the worst place to get coffee (outside of your hotel room). Brew It, LP Italian Deli, etc are all better.
