Extremely disappointed with my visit to Subway, 662 Elm St, AZ 86040. Both employees were openly rude and dismissive throughout the order process. They did not prepare the subs as requested, showed no courtesy, and left us to pack our own subs properly for takeaway. The behavior felt discriminatory and completely unacceptable. This is not the kind of service any customer should experience, and it reflects very poorly on this location.

One woman employee very unfriendly wearing AirPods. Very agressive with customers. No “hello”, no patience. She was on duty July 7th 2025 around 11:30 am. Very high prices. I travelled around the world and I’ve never seen such an expensive Subway.
Food was what you expect, prices are very high at this location. It is clean, but the First Lady to take our order was being very rude and had AirPods in and didn’t seem to hear us. While eating we could hear the employees all complaining how they don’t get paid enough. Won’t be visiting again

Just tried to eat here, 7am sign opens. Opens door employee said rudely NOT Open yet front door says 7am. She then said I have catering and stuff to do. No mystery why businesses fail today. Terrible service, hopefully the owner sees this and saves your business before she ruins it.
