The workers have a salary, they don't care about customers. Rude. Situation: we are first time at this place. And try to use the restroom: but the door and inside are so dirty so you don't exactly don't know is is locked or the door doesn't work properly. But we didn't knock on the door - just tried to open it. The worker came out from the restroom and to my wife's greetings and smile she replied: "You should use another restroom (men's) if this is locked, do not try to open the door". Her tone was either insolent or arrogant.

The food was okay, but it was extremely overpriced and the staff was very unfriendly. I just asked for BBQ-Sauce and she disappeared for a couple of minutes, which was why our Subs were cold. She was also very annoyed with everything I said.

No wonder it got 3 star rating. I would like give it zero if I could. the food was okay but definitely not cheap. I ordered only a foot-long chicken and vegetables roll this evening (6:20 pm) but was charged $23.60. Two stuff were there. Both of them seem not wish to answer your questions and showed you their long faces. I'm a tourist from Australia. I met many nice people and have had good time in this great country. But I'm Not Happy with this shop at all.
