I bought a 6 inch sandwich in this store and the cost was $16+. The store was out of lettuce, tomatoes and other toppings. I asked the cashier about the cost of the sandwich. All she could say was sorry. The cost just didn’t seem correct.

Terrible experience. None of the veggies were fresh, and the lettuce had turned yellow and clearly hadn’t been changed. It was unappetizing and unacceptable. If fresh ingredients can’t be provided, they shouldn’t serve at all. Won’t be coming back.

We were 6 adults in around 55 years of age and reached 10 minutes to Subway before closing. We were all very hungry visiting various tourist places through the day and While one of our friends took the food to the table and started eating, the guy in counter who was alone and ready to take order from us but not allowing us to dine in and forcing us for taking the food to go. He said he cleaned the tables and didn’t want to clean them again. This was very rude in front of her and we totally surprised with behavior.

Worst service I have ever experienced in the US,the guy and lady who works at cashier were ridiculous,they offered a leaking drinking cup and after filled drink I found out and went back to ask for a change ,they claimed I have to pay for it ?!?! Seriously?!?!

The guy on the cashier i don’t know his name he is not wearing nameplate. This guy charge $3.15 cent for the cup of ice. Right away ask me to pay for it. I felt embarrassed in front of the other customer. He’s acting like the owner of the company. This is the reason i stop eating in subway because this kind of attitude of the staff who works there. rude lack of customer service. if you don’t like your job there quit because you are disgrace to the company.

went saturday late morning of 8/10/24 - the woman working was INSANELY RUDE. we bought 6 different items and someone in our group asked for utensils and she refused to give it to us because we did not order a salad or pasta and was COMPLETELY rude about it. we even tipped her prior to that which i regret!!!! they do not deserve your gratuity or your business. go elsewhere.

An unpleasant welcome. The total amount was not included in the cash register total so no receipt could be received (money probably kept by the employees) one of the waitresses was very unfriendly. We don't speak English and she made no effort to make herself understood. I am a business manager myself and employees like that will not keep their jobs with me. This is unacceptable for the image of subway
