Amazing dinner with a great view

Service was absolutely fantastic. Our server was friendly and attentive and made great suggestions across the board.

All of the food was amazing, however, the shishito peppers weren’t worth the price and didn’t stand out like the other dishes did.

Must try: Hamachi crudo, Hudson valley foie gras, Wild Hokkaido scallops, cheesecake

Had very high expectations for this place. been to many restaurants similar in class and this place was a let down. service was slow to start but picked up once the took our order. flavors were interesting. tried the lobster bisque which was probably the best part, although it wasn’t very warm once it arrived to the table. hubby got the 14oz ribeye ordered medium rare , came slightly overcooked, extremely chewy and hard to cut through. Flavor wasn’t bad but for the price, it missed the bar completely. I got the ocean trout which was pretty good but given the price I would recommend going to Different Point of View for a somewhat all around better experience.

The views were amazing. Most likely will not be back.

My boyfriend and I came here to celebrate my birthday today and wow!! We enjoyed every single item we ordered! We never spent almost 2 hours at a restaurant before but thats just because we were really eating slow to savor our food ?. Gian Carlo or GC our server was super attentive and honestly the best server we’ve ever had at any sit down restaurant! Please give this man praise because he was hands down an amazing server with top notch knowledge and helped us navigate what wine went with my boyfriends steak which he LOVED. I got the scallops and those were also DELIGHTFUL. Will be coming back for future celebrations. ????

It's been 20 years since I last dined at Elements. Visiting from out of town, I wanted to celebrate my special occasion here. Shabaz and staff offered world-class service. Thank you to Chef Gregory James' for a memorable dining experience.

Came here not out of celebration, but wanted to have an evening of relaxation and enjoy the weather. Visiting from MO, there are not any restaurants that offer this kind of view. Was it spectacular, no, but it was serene. Nathan was our waiter and he was fabulous with recommendations and assistance. The food was great, but not phenomenal. The presentation was great though. All cocktails were delicious, bartenders were very knowledgeable. Would recommend to friends and family visiting the area.

There was a group of 9 of us for my friends birthday and everything but the view and the atmosphere was terrible. Our server was very passive aggressive, both steaks were charred and not cooked to the correct temp, couldn’t eat the broccoli because it was too salty, items were not brought out when we ordered them and wrong items were added to the bill. None of us will be returning.

Beautiful, peaceful and unique setting. Somewhat limiting menu. Service lovely but tooooo slow. Just to get our drinks was over 20 minutes. We like to dine but this was beyond. Prices fair for location and atmosphere.

Service was great and our server was extremely accommodating. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and we were the only individuals at the restaurant besides another couple. The music wasn’t too overwhelming, the atmosphere was incredible and the staff was very friendly. I do not remember the names of the plates we had - but they were delicious. Especially the dessert they brought out for his birthday celebration! It was one of the best cakes we’ve ever had. I could not find it on the menu and hopefully they see this and reply back to possibly what it was called!! I believe the waiter stated it was a “butter cake” and my gosh! It was divine. Would highly recommend this place if you’d like to do a romantic date night.

Ordered the ocean trout on the lunch menu and looks like my left over in the fridge. And the oyster is the smaller oyster I have seen in my life.

Our dinner at Elements was a wonderful way to top off our week in the Valley of the Sun. The service was excellent and the food delicious. My Sea Bass was as good as it gets. And the view... Wonderful.

This place is absolutely stunning, the service and server were amazing. However, the food was incredibly bland, overcooked and just flavorless all together. The consume taste like water, the tempura chicken was bland and overdone and my husbands steak was thoughtless. We were super disappointed to see that the menu shown online was not what was actually available, it looks like it hasn’t been updated in about 3 years. It’s more of a steakhouse now with a very limited menu. I do want to mention that our wonderful server removed those items off our bill without me even asking because she could see that we didn’t enjoy them. We went for our anniversary and she brought us out sparkling juice as champagne and two free deserts. Her attention to the fact we didn’t drink and bringing the sparkling juice was so sweet. If I could rate this restaurant based on just our server it would be a 10, but if you’re looking to go I highly suggest checking in with them about the menu to see if it’s changed. It’s very seafood and steak heavy. Overall I don’t think we would go back for the food, but I definitely thing we would go to see the view and maybe try the hotel. I’m sad I didn’t get to try the things on the menu shown online, they looked amazing, but I guess they got a new chef.

My daughter brought me to this restaurant for my birthday brunch. I have to say this was the most spectacular experience I have ever had. Everyone was wonderful, but our server Caius, was beyond spectacular and AMAZING ?. His warm smile welcomed us with such warmth and kindness. He was so knowledgeable with the selections and offered great ideas. Caius, is such an asset to your company. I would surely return because of him. He set the tone for our entire experience. We are so grateful for his exceptional spirit, and extraordinary hospitality.
Thank you

The quality and experience is declining rapidly at elements at the sanctuary. It seems like the chef turnover is very frequent. The innovating changes have created a very poor value and dining experience. The choice of music is repulsive. Is someone spending between $150-$200 per person. The presentation, quality of the food is now at a subpar level. I have dined here for many years and have never seen this establishment takes such a downward slide. The cheesy blue plates which belong in a log cabin and not a fine restaurant make food look very unappetizing. The servers were very unattended and did not deliver the proper serving plates or utensils leaving us to fend for ourselves. The choice of lines are pathetic and seem to favor California Wines only. Elements at sanctuary has definitely lost me as a customer and a lot of the friends I’ve been speaking to lately who will refuse to dine there again

Food, service and ambience are amazing! It's our ‘special occasion' go-to place. We asked for a certain table and we were accommodated. We started the evening at the Jade Bar and had excellent service. We left before the live music ? The place fills up so get there early - the view is amazing - best in the city!!!
