Usually I love Elements and have been there many times. Sorry to say my party was quite disappointed considering how much I paid for our Thanksgiving dinner. 3 of us ordered the salmon and it came out well under cooked so we had to send it back. By the time it came back heated, the other 3 people had finished their entrée. The 2 turkey dinners had nice hot potatoes and stuffing, but the turkey was lukewarm. The kitchen must have been overwhelmed or something. Wish our overall experience had been much better. Sincerely- one of your neighbors

Another outstanding dining experience at Elements. Always enjoy the great views and nice ambiance. Attentive, professional service. Pacing exactly matched our desire for extended conversation at our table. Attractive menu and wine offerings. Delicious seafood platter as first course and perfect salmon as entree. Others in our group enjoyed the black cod and sushi servings. Very efficient and friendly valet service.

Beautiful restaurant, but the food was uninspired and expensive. The service was attentive and friendly, but not very suggestive in terms of menu or specials. We had to ask for the sushi menu. Music was not very appealing for a romantic experience.

Our server Dan was excellent. As always a great place to dine for any occasion. Our wine choice of the Daou Reserve cab was outstanding as well as the appetizer crab cake. The only part of our dinner that was not up to par was the Black Cod. Undercooked and very fishy tasting! Would make another choice the next time!!!

Outstanding view and ambiance inside and out. However, the food and service were bland (out of season fruit & veggie were awful) and average and did not justify the inflated price. Would only return for the view and a snack or salad, without fruit or veggie unless restaurant commits to sticking to seasonal offerings.

Great service, tasty dishes, and a nice environment. However, my friend had stomach discomfort around 2 a.m. after dinner, possibly due to seafood freshness or digestion. I suggest adding a reminder for seafood-sensitive guests. Overall, I still recommend the restaurant and hope you could kindly look into this.

We selected elements for the ambiance and outdoor dining at sunset. It did not disappoint. Our meal was good but a bit pricey. Service by Carlie was great. We would return.

As we arrived a valet welcomed us & made us feel welcomed. Everyone was extremely friendly. We chose outdoor seating during the lunch hour in hopes of fantastic Mountain View's. The outdoor seating overlooks the swimming pool with distant Mountain View's. It was still very pleasant, but your main view is of individuals laying by the pool & swimming. Service was ok, however we found ourselves waiting for our server longer than we expected on several locations. The food was fine. The inside was beautiful. We will definitely visit again, opting for the indoor seating later in the day.
