I came into a reservation for my friends birthday. We got cocktails before our dinner. Our server Ali (or Ally I’m not sure how to spell it) only came to greet us and nothing else. She is one of the worst servers I’ve ever had in my life, coming from someone who used to work in the service industry. She greeted us but didn't get a drink order. A busser came around to get our order and took care of us until we got moved to our reservation. Im pretty sure the bussers name was Angel but cant be sure. Our busser was amazing and paid attention to us because our server was not. this place has always been a favorite in my family and have always loved it in the past but today was a completely different experience. I hope Ali figures out whatever is going on with her and gets her focus

Angel was absolutely exceptional taking care of our birthday party reservation, and provided better service than my actual server did. Would return just for his service, he deserves a raise/promotion

Pippo (our bartender) was incredible, the service was 10/10. His energy was so inviting and lively!! The place itself is so nice. It has live plants, comfortable seating, but still a “home town” bar kind of vibe. Great mix of modern, and old fashioned. We will definitely be back.

I have been coming here for years and had loved it, but in recent years did not have a good experience. I mentioned this to their new manager named Brady when he started and let him know about the service challenges we were having with unresponsive staff he asked that we give another chance. We returned this past week and must say — things were different and he has made some really great changes. Our experience this past time was better than ever with not only the food, but really responsive and kind staff. Thank you to the resort for hiring someone with experience in this business in great customer service!

Big fat MEH! Stayed on property. Went to Jade Bar on a Mon at 7:45PM. Half the Jade dinner menu isn't even available until Thurs (sushi). ?? Ordered a greens salad (arrived completely wilted and barely covered the bottom of the small bowl), shrimp cocktail (it was fine) and crab cakes (entree). Before I could get halfway through my shrimp cocktail and salad, a server brought out my teeny, tiny pair of crab cakes (actually tasty, but T-I-N-Y for the low, low price of $60+). Clueless regarding coursing, I suppose. Service was spotty. I had to finally tell the first bartender that I planned to order dinner after I'd already ordered a drink from her and I'd been there for maybe 10 minutes. You'd think they'd have been more attentive considering the place was completely dead! The male bartender eventually took over my service. He made a decent old fashioned. This place is WAY too expensive to be so mediocre. My bill was $225+!!! Granted, I ordered 2 bourbons and one was an Old Fitz 8-yr (for $62!!! - way overpriced). The other was a McKenna 10-yr (in my old fashioned), and it was a whopping $31 a pour vs. the $25, or less, I'd normally pay for that same bourbon. Overall, a big disappointment. Overpriced and they under-delivered. Won't be back. Weak showing for such an expensive resort and restaurant. Be aware. Good news is I still had another night remaining on my stay. Yay?? NOT!

Great place to mellow out after a long day. It's located inside one of the best resorts in the area. The bar staff are very knowledgeable and accommodating. The food menu is limited at the bar, but the available items are enough to fill you up. The views in the bar area are wonderful. There's indoor and outdoor seating.
Great spot for a drink with a view! Stopped in for happy hour and enjoy the atmosphere. Staff were friendly as well.

Amazing evening here at Jade Bar. Great cocktails (Hanzo is tremendous) and food (lobster bisque, burger, and shrimp cocktail off the charts). Best thing of all: our waitress. Made everything better! But didn’t get her name:(
