LON’s at The Hermosa Inn

We had lunch at LON's a couple of weeks ago and Sasha was our server. She was more delightful than even the food and atmosphere -- and both of those were outstanding. Thank you Sasha for making our time at LON's such a memorable experience for me, my husband and his parents. We will be back!

It is so beautiful there! I love the outdoor space. The food was good, I had salmon sliders, they could have had more salmon on them. But overall a great experience and I will be back.

Lon's was a dining experience. It's expensive but luxurious, with healthy portions and extremely attentive staff. The food is delicious across the board and the atmosphere was relaxing, cozy, romantic, and joyful.

If you can, get seats outside in the beautiful garden patio area. We had the Caesar salad, braised short ribs, prawn and scallops, and salmon, along with the brussel sprouts and some delicious desserts. No bad choices! The pairings were unique but delicious--the prawn and scallops dish had a red curry sauce with chorizo, and the salmon came with lentils and I think squash. The alcohol-free cocktails were also delicious and beautiful.

We visited on 2/17, and our waiter was named (I think) Calenn or Caytenn, and he was phenomenal. I regret not catching his name, he said he had been there six years and gave us great recommendations. He accommodated our request to split the salad, and even got us a special dessert the chef had made while testing recipes. He made our visit very special!
