Really good high-end restaurant. Classy Western ambiance with inside and outdoor patio seating. Well curated craft cocktail menu. Delectable entrees, appetizers, salads and desserts. Great service. Extensive wine bottle list.

It is so beautiful there! I love the outdoor space. The food was good, I had salmon sliders, they could have had more salmon on them. But overall a great experience and I will be back.

Lon's was a dining experience. It's expensive but luxurious, with healthy portions and extremely attentive staff. The food is delicious across the board and the atmosphere was relaxing, cozy, romantic, and joyful.

If you can, get seats outside in the beautiful garden patio area. We had the Caesar salad, braised short ribs, prawn and scallops, and salmon, along with the brussel sprouts and some delicious desserts. No bad choices! The pairings were unique but delicious--the prawn and scallops dish had a red curry sauce with chorizo, and the salmon came with lentils and I think squash. The alcohol-free cocktails were also delicious and beautiful.

We visited on 2/17, and our waiter was named (I think) Calenn or Caytenn, and he was phenomenal. I regret not catching his name, he said he had been there six years and gave us great recommendations. He accommodated our request to split the salad, and even got us a special dessert the chef had made while testing recipes. He made our visit very special!

We had a business group dinner here. The salmon and tenderloin were delicious. Appetizers were just Ok. The location and atmosphere were beautiful/gorgeous.

My husband took me to Lon's for my birthday. I was excited to go, because it was a restaurant that I had been wsnting to try. Our first impression of the place, beautiful. We were seated immediately outside on a nice evening. They even had good live music. Our experience went down hill when we noticed that the service wasn't good, compared to the tables around us. Our server never told us the specials for the night, but we overheard him tell other tables. And he barely checked on us to see if we need anything. We ordered a side of brussel sprouts and they did not come with our main entree, we had to flag down a randomn waiter to ask about the brussel sprouts. Because our waiter just kept walking past our table. We had sparkling water, and after finishing the bottle the waiter never asked if we wanted another. Furthermore some randomn waiter poured tap water over the sparkling water in my glass. The food was good, but the service was absolutely terrible. And I hate to say it but we were a black couple, all the other tables around us recieved better service. I would hate to believe that it was due to the color of our skin, but that is the only obvious reason I could see for the difference in service. Regardless of how we were treated, we remained pleasant and even left a tip. Because when they go low, we go high. I will never return go to this place again.

We couldn't decide if we should sit inside or outside. Both are fantastic options. We decided to dine indoors this time and wow! It has an elegant southwest/western decor. We lived our waitress Angela! She was friendly and very knowledgeable about the restaurant and hotel. Of course she suggested excellent food choices. Our experience was excellent all around.

The food and drinks were AMAZING! Definitely try their lavender drink and their short ribs, they are to die for! The vibes and atmosphere (at least the outdoors) was so pretty and peaceful. We went for dinner and they had so many outdoors heaters that we did not feel the cold winter night at all. Definitely will visit again!
