I worked there for a week and had to leave because of the EXTREMELY DIRTY & DISGUSTING KITCHEN! All kitchen equipment hasn't been cleaned in YEARS. The cook staff are very messy, UNSKILLED, and leave food out for hours. I'm shocked that no one has gotten sick from eating there. Here are the PICS & OTHER REVIEWS to back up what I said.

I’m very glad that we found this place. Great atmosphere and service. We will definitely be back. I had the pulled pork sandwich and it was the real deal. Not shredded, but large chunks of tender BBQ pork. a great out of the way destination in Parks, AZ.

Love me some Mustang River Grill! I go frequently as I live a couple miles east of Bellemont and without heading into Flag it’s the only game in town which makes it even better that their food, service and drinks are always on point. Candy is a stellar bartender and treats us very well, I never get tired of that ole’ chicken sandwich because it’s damn delicious. The cheese curds and fried pickles are a good starter with an ice cold beer and the pizzas are tasty as well. If you’re passing through or local to Parks or Bellemont give them a chance and then go back! You’ll want to!

I ordered a baked and French onion soup together as my meal. I got a cold day old potato, the server apologized, and came back with the same potato that must have been microwaved. In meantime, I still hadn't got my soup, I asked server to take the potato, and after a few more minutes, brought our soup. I was charged for the potato. I've dined here a half dozen times, and will probably think twice before dining here again.

Pizza was delicious, Mustang burger and Patty Melt were cooked perfectly. Atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. Perfect spot to meet with friends or hang on the patio with family and play the games. Carol was our server and we loved her attitude and humor.

We chose to dine at this restaurant based on its strong reviews but found the experience to be lacking. Although the restaurant was nearly empty upon our arrival, we still had an extended wait to be acknowledged and seated. We were eventually placed in a dark outdoor area with no lighting, which made the atmosphere a little odd.
After some time, we had to flag down a server to place our order. Unfortunately, the service remained inconsistent throughout the meal, and we never received the kids' menus we requested. The food arrived promptly, but the quality did not reflect the high prices. With everything priced à la carte, even basic sides required an additional cost, and the end result felt like poor value for the money.
The dishes themselves were below average and didn’t match the quality portrayed in the online photos. Missing items, like sides of ranch, further diminished the experience. The restaurant seemed to cater primarily to locals who seemed to all know one another, so maybe it is a favorite social hangout.
An 18% gratuity was automatically added to our bill due to our party size (4 adults and 2 children). While we typically tip more, it seemed excessive given the level of service provided. Overall, the restaurant's ambiance, service, and food quality did not justify the cost, and we would not choose to dine here again.

Cool setting and the staff was nice enough. The food, however, was quite a let down. Two folks at our table ordered soup and medium-rare steaks. Both soups were cold and both steaks were cooked through. Also, the Cesar salad was only a small handful of lettuce.
