I went here today on a whim. Atmosphere is unique, beer is cold, and the bacon cheeseburger charbroiled burger was probably the best burger I have had on a long time. Service was also great, fast, and the lady that took care of us was great. Definitely a place I will go back to again.

Decided to take a trip on the bike to Patagonia. Went in middle of week around noon. Wasn't expecting great food or service but was surprised. Bartender was excellent and the food was delicious and fast. Definitely worth another trip to have lunch!

Wanted a simple lunch. The Rueben sandwich met expectations.

Best red chili burrito I've had in AZ!

Karaoke cut off 30 minutes early and closed bar 1 hour early. Bartender had several drinks within the hour and tried giving away cards to incorrect owners. Only began carding people the last half hour. Server would not buss table. Have heard bad comments on the service prior to visit also how they openly admit to only catering to locals.

Ok, the service was so bad that I literally couldn't wait for Google to prompt me to write this scathing review.
Now, we walked into the restaurant/bar and there are a few people at the bar. If I remember correctly of the 10 or so tables in there, 5 of them were occupied. We asked if we could sit outside and the bartender/server told us that the party of 20 was just leaving and the table was messy and that wouldn't be possible. So we packed our party of 6 at a grossly inadequate booth.
The bartender/server takes our drink order and then 15 minutes later brings us our drinks in clear solo cups. It's the middle of summer in Arizona, dude! He then tells us it's going to be at least an hour before we get our food. At this point I am getting the hint that he doesn't want our business and is literally trying to talk us out of ordering food without actually saying it, but since this is the only place open in Patagonia, AZ we are staying for dinner. We place our order.
Well, he wasn't far off the 1 hour estimate. I am trying to imagine the kitchen at this point. I mean it isn't busy and yet they can't seem to move food out of the kitchen so I deduce that they must be cooking this food on a Coleman stove.
Finally our food comes out. Well, I mean 1 cheese crisp (shared between 3 kids) comes out. Then 8 minutes later the red chili burrito comes out. Then 15 minutes later they managed to bring out the last 2 hamburgers at the same time, which I heralded as a miracle.
By this time, our drinks were empty, obviously. I have to get up and flag down this dude because at this point and can't legitimately call him a bartender or a server and tell him we need some soda refills. He walks out with a large Styrofoam cup full of coke and just sets it on the table. There isn't even any ice and after an hour of waiting in Arizona is basically a recipe for warm Coke.
To summarize: The dude responsible for serving us hands down was the worst I have ever experienced. The food was actually good.
All said and done. Not only will I never return to this disaster of a bar/restaurant, I will actively tell people not to go there.

Crappy service and the food is even worse.

Took 2 hours to do a simple hotdog and fries. And when it finally arrived it wasn't worth the wait. Then to top it off when I checked my credit card I found that they had charged me 3 times instead of once. So spent ages waiting for poor food then got ripped off. Don't go here. And if you do take a sleeping bag, something good to eat and check your bill.

Very Rude bartender. Says he is the Owner's brother in law. Sign on door says that no dogs are allowed, with exception of service dogs. I have a service dog, with identification. I was meeting my parents, father is a Vietnam veteran. When we started entering the establishment, the male bartender sharply said no dogs. I replied it is a service dog, i have identification. He replied "that's what you all say- you can sit outside, but there is no service out there". When I called to speak to the owner a day later, a woman proceeded to repeatedly tell of issues with other people. And when I indicated, that didn't have anything to do with me- she got rude also. I will tell all my friends, this place has toxic bartenders. Wouldn't want them making my food.
