After getting horrible directions from a worker at grand canyon west, we arrived 15 minutes late and missed the restaurant. Reuben was the BEST! He was able to get us some food and drink after we had already paid for our food vouchers. Millie was kind enough to happily make us our food. So, a huge shoutout to Reuben and Millie!!! 10/10. Much love from Canada!!

Hualapai Ranch is cool. There's games, gift shops and restaurants.
Consumer Beware. This hotel is not at all what is is represented to be online. When I booked this room I made it clear I would be going to the Sky Bridge and coming in after a very long drive. The website states they have restaurant on site. Upon arrival the hotel did not impress. At front desk I was greeted by a large container of ear plugs, apparently for the highway and train noises, and a receptionist who spoke in a near whisper. I expressed dissatisfaction and asked to not check in. At that time I was told I must check in but could turn around and check out right away which made no sense. I was told I could eat at the restaurant and use the facilities. Exhausted and hungry from a long travel day I checked in, went upstairs to drop my bag and came right down to eat at the restaurant. At the restaurant there were several employees running around and customers seated with no food in front of them. After about 10 minutes one of the employees came up and said they could not seat me as they were too busy. This is the only place to eat in the hotel and nearby area. Back to the front desk I went to let the receptionist know they would not serve me. She says they are not affiliated with the restaurant and I could drive into Kingman to eat and come back. That is an hour away. I again stated my dissatisfaction with the hotel and facilities and stated I wanted to leave and not be charged. At that point I was told that couldn't happen because I had used the room. When I asked to speak with a manager I was told no-one was there. I asked her to call someone which she finally did. The decision from supervisor was that I need to ask the Tribal Counsel for a refund as they would charge my card. I have never received this kind of hassle from any hotel. Save yourself the headache and stay in Kingman or Flagstaff. There is nothing close by anyway.
Hualapai Ranch Restaurant offers a charming, rustic experience with a beautiful view of the Grand Canyon. The food is simple but tasty, perfect for a hearty meal after exploring the area. The Western-themed atmosphere adds to the experience, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. A great stop if you're visiting the Grand Canyon!

I don’t know about the rest of the food but the burrito was the worst thing I ate in my entire life, the beans tasted like they were made 2/3 days before and just left there.
The fountain drink tasted like tap water, paid for a Coke, got some undrikable stuff.

Cool old western set up and the frybread was great. No views really and lots of the buildings were closed.
If you go; drive, park and visit after the main hub rather than taking the bus. The bus does not make regular trips and after waiting more than 30 minutes we had to find someone to call a bus.
