Sky View Restaurant

There are limited seatings in the restaurant, and they are severely understaffed. I waited for quite some time for the waitress to get my order. However, the wait time for the food was only about 10 minutes. The food was ok, nothing to shout out about.

Worst service I've ever seen in a restaurant. The staff were uncommitted, rude and mocking. The service took a really long time. I don't recommend it and I would never go back. Total lack of respect.

Wow don't even know how to start this review, this is the WORST restaurant I've ever been to. Service is terrible, food is dry, servers are impolite. Not only did they get my order wrong, when we asked if we can change our seats, the employees just stood there and looked at us as if they didn't hear us and didn't even care to respond. And one of the waitresses even rolled her eyes when we asked her to get our order. And by the way, I ordered shrimp burger and she ended up giving me a steak burger instead. Incredibly terrible experience.

Beautiful view of the Grand Canyon West and the people enjoying the Skywalk. The food itself was average. I guess you are here for the sights and not the food. I went the day after they finished renovations and it shows. Brand new carpet, and everything was clean and organized

I expected a little more from this place. The restaurant is more of a dining hall. The food comes with cardboard dishes and plastic cutlery. At this point, right above the Skywalk, there needs to be a restaurant with more style and atmosphere, using real cutlery and crockery. The food looks like it was delivered ready.

Service is non-existent. We have to wait for 20 minutes and no one comes to serve us. The waitresses were rude but I understand they are very frustrated for constantly arguing with customers for not allowing them to change table after being seated. During the one hour of us eating there, I saw 3 tables been frustrated and leave.

Don’t expect a fancy restaurant there. The food is ok. The wait time was less for us as we already had a coupon for it. The staff are ok but not too friendly. If you want to sit near the window, you need to have a reservation.
