Our experience at the Sky View Restaurant was nothing short of wonderful. My husband and I spent nearly two hours enjoying a slow, relaxing afternoon in what turned out to be one of the best spots in the Grand Canyon West area.
We were seated at a corner window table with stunning views on two sides—overlooking both the breathtaking canyon and the Skywalk. It was the perfect vantage point for soaking in the scenery and people-watching, all while staying cool in the clean, comfortable, air-conditioned dining room.
We ordered a bottle of wine and the apple pecan salad, and both were absolutely delicious. The wine was crisp and well-paired with the light, flavorful salad—an unexpectedly delightful dining experience in the middle of the desert.
The service was attentive and gracious without being intrusive, and we never felt rushed. Instead, we were encouraged to enjoy the view, sip our wine, and savor the moment.
Sky View is a must-do if you’re visiting the canyon and want a serene, elevated break from the heat and crowds. We’ll remember this experience as one of the highlights of our Grand Canyon trip.

The view is spectacular but food & service are suboptimal. The cheese burger is very dry & hard. Instead of making the clients have a great experience, they acted like they were doing us a favor. We wanted to sit next to the windows but no table was available when we were seated. Afterwards, window seats became available but they wouldn't reseat us citing restaurant rules. I don't understand the downside of reseating if tables are not being occupied. In any case our server was also rude. We left without a tip to the waitress & with a bad taste in our mouth. Some businesses lose sight of the fact that the customers are the ones keeping them alive, & they are condescending to us. We will not come back to this place.

I would give 0 star if I could. Waited more than 30 minutes for fast food, watched other people arriving after I have getting their food and finishing their food before I got mine.

Beware. The wait staff is probably the worst we’ve ever seen. We weren’t greeted for at least 20 minutes at our table. No sense of urgency in the whole place. Wait staff moves in slow motion and look annoyed to have customers.

The highlight of this place is definitely the scenery — it's truly stunning. The food turned out to be better than we expected, though quite overpriced. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. The hostess was particularly unwelcoming, although our server at the table was friendlier. Overall, the restaurant didn’t live up to the beauty of the location, and I wouldn’t choose to eat there again.

Sitting here right now and waited over 20 mins for a waitress who moves like molasses to take our order. No sense of urgency or respect for people's time. Other people were sat after and the servers were prompt and food was out fast. They aren't under staffed they just have a horrible employee.

So when you charge $25 for a burger or a fritter sandwich with 2 tenders or for a boxed salad...and poor service, you know you are getting ripped off because they are taking advantage of the captive audience that you are...shame on you for having such poor ethics

Atmosphere is good, but the food is definitely premade. Ordered the mac and cheese and it looked like they threw a tv dinner into the microwave and called it a day. Food for 4 turned out to be around $100, which I personally don’t find worth it if the food is low quality and premade. Service was good, atmosphere was the best. Definitely didn’t match what was being served

Service level is extremely poor. Servers are very rude and docile. Don’t even greet you or smile. Very unpleasant. Food is ok.

The view was amazing and the weather was perfect, so I really wanted to love this place…
But the service completely ruined it for me.
Our server (black hair + piercing) never came to check on us, and literally threw the check on our table.
So rude and unprofessional.
Definitely not coming back.
Super disappointed…
Tip: Bring your own lunch.
The vibes won’t be enough to fill you up.

We weren't expecting much for lunch and were pleasantly surprised. Steak burger was really good, the pasta salad tasted like how I made mine, the BBQ pulled pork sandwich was huge and very tasty and the Mac and cheese really hit the spot. We got a table by the window with incredible views. The staff was great!!

Really great vibes. The food was average ski lodge food. Pretty good burger and mac and cheese. We got there right at opening and scored an awesome table right next to the window of Eagle Rock. The service was super attentive and really good. It was a little pricey, but it has a good demand and gets busy, so definitely worth it if you plan on spending some time.
