We came during spring break. The wait was 15 minutes for a window table at 2:00 pm.It was not very busy, only the window tables were being seated and the middle and back row of tables remained empty. The menu is limited, however, kids and adults found something we usually order. The window seating is limited to 30 mins. The limit was not an issue. The food arrives quickly. Food is more on the fast food end of the spectrum. It makes sense for the time limit. The view was amazing! We enjoyed it fully from the comfort of a seat, pleasant temperature, and a bubbly drink! So grateful this is available to visitors!

All the stuff from a table guide to a taking orders was so rude and I was uncomfortable. I was so embarrassed in front of the family I invited in my home country. I politely asked a table guide from the first for a better view seat even though there were not many customers in the restaurant at the time, but she said no bluntly to us, using rude expressions. Furthermore, we had to wait well over 30 minutes to order. Someone in the family said this was some kind of subtle discrimination. Since my family are first time in they are first time in the United States as well as this place was their first destination, I‘m worried that their first impression of the United States might be viewed badly by these situations.

We knew we just needed to accept our fate of paying extra today since our timing had us right at lunchtime. I liked that the portions were good, it was a healthier choice, and everyone working there was nice. We only waited 15 minutes for a window seat, and really, that's what we were paying for. I added a picture of the menu so you can see prices and I'm glad there was a kids menu option. I wish they would post prices on all the menus on their website, so we could have compared locations. They say that the price includes a drink, but really, I didn't need a huge soft drink and it was a separate price that I could have skipped. Overall, glad we experienced the window seat, but won't need to do it for next time.Kid-friendliness: Kid menu

There is no place to eat, so the taste of the food is not good. The service is a mess. The server takes orders as he pleases without remembering who came first. I asked several times to take an order, so I finally placed an order. You can see this article very clearly from the window view:) The window view is really nice.I had the chicken bowl, but you can think of it as fresh and mild poke.

The short fat blond elf seated us at a table with a view without giving us menus. When the waitress came we told her that we don't have catalogs and she accused us of walking in without asking anyone. I told her to ask the elf if she set us up and she acted like she was seeing us for the first time. He gave us a shout out to the whole room, why? for the vomit they serve.Without creating an issue we went out and waited for our turn to be called again. It's a shame to go to admire such a natural monument and be left with only the bad behavior of some people. The ticket includes, god forbid, food but I suggest you take some snacks with you so you don't have to deal with such "sweet" American hospitality

Very delicious food, with a variety of noodles to choose from for the soup based dishes. The restaurant is a bit out of our way, so we don't get out there very often.

Came here as it was included on a tour we came on. Food and building are nothing much to experience. Most of the staff are not approachable or friendly- especially the hostess with the hand tattoos. However, Carrie was very kind and helpful and went out of her way to makeup for the rudeness of the staff around her. Hope they treat her well because they don’t seem to treat guests well

Expectations are key here. This is the best food option at Eagle Point, and it has a variety of vegetarian and meat options. I'm not going to dream about the meal- but it was satisfying and hit the spot! There is an amazing view of the canyon if you wait for a window seat. The service was very friendly and fast!
