Aliberto's Mexican Food

Quesabirra were very good and the overall atmosphere was good. The only thing bad were the sopapillas they were hard like crackers.

Visibly seeing the female worker angry about me explaining how they messed up my order and now I got an upset stomach from the new order I paid to replace the messed up order.

if someone is gonna ask for extra sour cream and guacamole and u guys make us pay EXTRA for it AT LEAST MAKE SURE U ACTUALLY ADD IT BRO. in this economy bffr??

Got a delicious Carne asada burrito to go. It was plenty of food for dinner. The service was quick, prompt and the food came out delicious. I would definitely stop here for food again!

Gave me old fries & packed on guacamole, Carne, Asada, and sour cream. I jus threw it out, it was disgusting do better.

This is supposed to be a chicken quesadilla. It looks absolutely revolting and doesn't look anything like the chicken quesadillas that I have gotten there before. It looks like they put a live chicken in a shredder. Nobody in my family was even willing to take one bite of this mess.

They have now completely messed up my order twice in a row.

Alberto’s in Pinetop not only has great food (their chili rellano burrito is crave-able) but they also have amazing deserts! I live in Show Low and will DoorDash my food from the Pinetop Aliberto’s because it is just that good!!

My daughter ordered the number 19. 4 rolled tacos with rice and beans. She didn't finish it because she said it tasted funny. She got the worst case of food poisoning!! We will not be eating here again.

Was in Pinetop for a visit. Never been to this place so we gave it a try. Glad to say it was very good! Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was really good. Prices were very reasonable. We'll be going back .

If I could post no stars that would make this place absolutely truthful. Bad customer service and unprofessional staff. I would not recommend this place unless you’re absolutely starving. And who eats burnt scrambled eggs, a customer didn’t even finish their meal.

DELIVERY ISSUES. Every time we order Door dash we order 4 burritos and they give you 4 sauces. 4 sauces for 4 burritos. It’s a joke. Sure stingy on your sauces for a $13 burro.

I bought the $9.00 menudo from the Pinetop Az restaurant. I had two pieces of tripe and the rest was juice and hominy. I called to ask what was the problem ? They hung up on me once I was not placing a order. Yes this was rude, but I don’t need to go there again. Just a heads up if you are Hungary and want mex food. Look up Sal and Teresa’s not bad.

They’re doing something right here? this is one of my favorite restaurants on the mountain! Anything with carne asada is my favorite and their carne asada always tastes amazing and fresh!!
