First visit (2018) the breakfast burrito was big and hearty; had plenty of actual bacon, egg, and cheese. The lady at the drive-thru was super friendly! 2nd visit (2019) took forever, burrito was small and didnt taste great. 3rd time (2025) was great food, service and speed.

Aliberto’s has always been a family staple for us reliable, delicious, and full of flavor. Even during their current remodel, they’re keeping the good vibes rolling with the food truck, and honestly, the food hasn’t skipped a beat. My top pick? The shredded beef tacos always on point. And when I need a solid start to the day, their bacon breakfast burritos are my go-to treat. Great food, friendly folks, and that unbeatable sense of consistency… that’s why we keep coming...

Got a delicious Carne asada burrito to go. It was plenty of food for dinner. The service was quick, prompt and the food came out delicious. I would definitely stop here for food again!
