Burger King

June 11th, 2025, around 8pm, I had ordered a Texas Whopper, paid the extra to have that particular order and ended up with a soggy regular whopper. I live too far to get my order changed, and the window clerk was rude as well. This is why I don't like going to burger king.

Ordered online and before I could rate my online experience the page disappeared. Wanted to say it 4-13 around 7:30pm and great service. Wanted to say thanks and have a good evening!

Pretty good food, great deals online. Drive thru can be a little slow sometimes.

It's a fast food burger joint. The burgers are good. I recommend using coupons. Like every other restaurant in the US, due to inflation, prices have gone up 40% in the last three years.

I came to get an award burger I add an patty for a $1 and get a order of fries on the app Well the lady at the register was so nice She asked me if I ordered a triple burger I said yes I thought that was kind of her I've ordered this triple burger all the time No one ever ask me to verify I want a triple The awards burger is a double cheese burger She also asked if I was eat there I said no She was very nice Well I took my order to my resort I ate the fries first Hate cold frys Well when I got to the burger I found it was a double not a triple burger I got on the phone to let bk know of their mistake I told them that I was reaffirmed that my order was a triple I did think to check The person I talked to was very nice and sorry for the mistake He said that they would provide me with my triple I said I was in for the night He said I could just mention his name and they would provide me with a triple burger Whenever I came back If it wasn't for that I would've given 5 stars for service I'll be back again

August 15th @ 6:40pm. Waited at the register for about 7 minutes just for a mobile pickup while 2 employees had a conversation never once turning around. Finally a third employee came over to help me out. Was staying at the hotel right next door so literally a 30 second walk just to find not only cold food but also missing sauce. No one inside and maybe 1 car in the drive thru.

Couldn’t even have a minute to look at what was new on the menu. Remember why we don’t like going to this Burger King! Employees make you feel like everything they do is a chore! The kid in the drive through kept rushing us when there was absolutely no line. The food was at least decent but the service was awful.

Pinetop burger King was alright the busy fast pace fast food didn't care that they mixed up out order witgmh someone else's the cashier had a real smart mouth don't care to go back

If you are in a hurry, don't do the drive-through, 3 burgers take 30 minutes. 10 minute per burger, I appreciate craftsmanship but I also appreciate being in and out.

This location has it together. They are always friendly and the food is on point. I drive up to this location from show low just to get better food,service and correct orders that are hot and made with care. Thank you very much for amazing food and service!!!!!!
