Order recieved was completely wrong. Online customer service is complete trash and wouldnt refund me. Guess thats what happens with big chains, they dont care about anything but the bottom line.

I came from hotel next door they where closed past there usual time early and didn't let me in like bro its 6:30pm and they close at 9pm on a Monday I dont have a vechicle to ride in to go through drive through and its extremely cold out

Burger King on the mountain was new to us, but I needed a bacon-cheese whopper. Drive thru was a bit slow, but burger was hot.

June 11th, 2025, around 8pm, I had ordered a Texas Whopper, paid the extra to have that particular order and ended up with a soggy regular whopper. I live too far to get my order changed, and the window clerk was rude as well. This is why I don't like going to burger king.

Ordered online and before I could rate my online experience the page disappeared. Wanted to say it 4-13 around 7:30pm and great service. Wanted to say thanks and have a good evening!

Pretty good food, great deals online. Drive thru can be a little slow sometimes.

It's a fast food burger joint. The burgers are good. I recommend using coupons. Like every other restaurant in the US, due to inflation, prices have gone up 40% in the last three years.

I came to get an award burger I add an patty for a $1 and get a order of fries on the app Well the lady at the register was so nice She asked me if I ordered a triple burger I said yes I thought that was kind of her I've ordered this triple burger all the time No one ever ask me to verify I want a triple The awards burger is a double cheese burger She also asked if I was eat there I said no She was very nice Well I took my order to my resort I ate the fries first Hate cold frys Well when I got to the burger I found it was a double not a triple burger I got on the phone to let bk know of their mistake I told them that I was reaffirmed that my order was a triple I did think to check The person I talked to was very nice and sorry for the mistake He said that they would provide me with my triple I said I was in for the night He said I could just mention his name and they would provide me with a triple burger Whenever I came back If it wasn't for that I would've given 5 stars for service I'll be back again
