Wow! The Spaghetti Shack had the BEST spaghetti in a bucket I’ve ever had!!!! We had quite the party with us and the bucket and more came out very timely. We had a bucket of original spaghetti with pink sauce, 2 meatballs, breaded chicken, mozzarella, and much much more. The lady working was really awesome and patient with our wild group! Signing the wall was a great signature touch. Outside they had benches, horseshoes, and tether ball! We sat, ate, played, and had a blast of a time! I wouldn’t call this the Spaghetti Shack, I would call this the SPAGHETTI HOME!!

Hey, had some spaghetti today. First time there in pinetop-lakeside. I enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Met good people that ran it. Great service and food. looking forward to my next visit up there from the valley!

I went to place a online order and it wouldn't let it go through, it keep canceled it. I was at trying to order 733pm 9-10-25. I called 4 times no awnser so figured they were busy so I decided to go to the shack and was there at 740pm 9-10/25 and she said they were closing early why not stay open the extra 15 mins? Just frustrating. What if my order would of went through i wouldn't of got my food? I love this place but seems like everytime i go the customer service keep going down sadly.

Had bucket of spaghetti and garlic bread. Added meatballs. Spaghetti was good, meatballs were great, and the garlic bread was awesome. I’ll be back.

I recommend using The Spaghetti Sack. We used The Spaghetti Shack for my son‘s wedding. The food was delicious, the service was on time, and the staff was professional, helpful, and friendly. I would recommend them for anybody that has a large function to serve food.

After driving all day to the mountains, we were excited to eat at the shack. Ordered spaghetti with meatballs. Sauce was sour and watery, and no flavor. Pasta was mushy and waterlogged. After four bites, I threw mine away and we left. The only nice thing was the young lady that was working there.

Really good pasta ! Quick in and out , Great tasting [ my 1st time eating here ] was greeted by friendly staff and was able very filling dinner for me and my family ! Will be back sometime!

My husband and I went out to dinner and tried the spaghetti shack for the first time and we were so disappointed. He got barely any pasta with his chicken Alfredo, our food was cold and the bread was burnt. Definitely not worth the $40 we spent on two meals. If I could have rated this as zero stars, I would have.
