First time to this buffet style restaurant. We found it to be very pleasant and the food was very good. Service was excellent and servers were polite and very cordial.

Only 1 waitress working , took 20 mins to order drinks , Come on Indian Pines hire some people or get the manager on the floor . Many customers getting frustrated. Awful !!!!
They “tried “ but I saw servers /waiters standing around and coming from the kitchen to greet strangers and talk. I waited 25 min for a 1/4 Apache burger with cold fries. I “tried “to like it too and asking the cashier about it they wouldn’t take responsibility and blamed the kitchen staff. I just wish they could’ve done better
Some buffet items weren't quite up to temp, and the steak was passable, but everything else was delicious.
Ordered potato skins, and the only downside was the cheddar cheese wasn't at att melted, but the potato itself was well prepared and seasoned, and the skin still snapped at each bite.
I'll be coming back
Got there 30 min before closing. Was rushed to get food before buffet was taken down. Food was so not worth the $
We should have left immediately after sitting down and looking around. The floor had food and debris all over and no one was even trying to clean it up. They were also not busy with one gal just standing around doing nothing (she could have been cleaning). My hamburger had an odd taste so I only ate a little of it. The fries & pickle were good. My husband had the fry bread taco and it had no flavor. He also thought my burger tasted funny. We walked by the buffet and it also had not been cleaned up with food spilled in front. We will never be back!!

Was out on the waiting list when we arrived with a party of 3. We walked thru the restaurant and there was many open tables and still had to wait 30 minutes for a seat. Ordered our food and waited and waited and waited. There was many other people who arrived after us and got their food and left before we even got our orders(burgers). Nobody checked on us. Didn't get a check so went to the counter to pay. We are out of state firefighters and just wanted a good meal and ended up disappointed.

I believe there was one waiter on the entire floor, a busier and maybe 2 runners. The prices are reasonable but, the service and quality of the food leave a lot to be changed. Husbands steak was cooked well instead of medium rare. My chicken fried prime rib was over cooked to the point of burning and very very thin. Vegetables were extremely soggy. We waited a long time to get our check and my husband was literally ignored when he got up to ask for it. We will not be going back.
Great buffet!
