Bad store. Order white meat, and heard the employee tell another we are out. So the guy say's make more then. We get home and the potato's are ice cold, gave Me dark meat instead of white and still charged Me more for the white meat chicken. Employees were dirty and the store also. I won't go there again. Twice a bad experience there. This was a couple months ago. Hope they changed managers.

Purchased the 8 piece bucket for $25.00 and what I received was 4 legs, 1 breast and 3 thighs and two sides. Chicken was over cooked and was setting there for some time. Whatever happened to 2 breasts, 2 wings, 2 thighs and 2 legs? Won't go back.
I showed up 5 minutes before the lobby closed and they told me the drive through was still opened. When I tried to explain to them I have a horse trailer on, I was rudely informed that they didn't care. The worst customer service I have ever had.

I don't know what the girl with short red hair, problem was but she closed the window and yelled at the top of her lungs, that the drink I ordered “Sierra Mist†was not a Pepsi?? Idk if it was towards me because I didn't want a Pepsi she asked if I wanted with my order or towards another co worker. Ether way very unprofessional.

Greasy chicken is what KFC has to offer. In a pinch it will do but pretty low on the list of places I like to eat. This spot was ok.

This is the worst KFC I have been to ever! I get horrible service every time I go there. They are supposed to be open at 11. I was told they weren't opening till 11:30 due to the fact there chicken wasn't done. Probably because I watched the employees arriving to work 5 minutes before 11. I have even called the home office to complain, and will be calling again. I hope you have better luck than I do! If I could give a zero 🌟 rating I would!
