On April 17, I reached out to request a callback from a manager to discuss my experience, but unfortunately, I have not received a response as of today, April 26. As a patron who values transparency and open communication, I believe it is crucial to address concerns directly with the proprietor before resorting to public feedback. During my most recent visit, several issues marred what would have otherwise been an enjoyable dining experience. Firstly, I was surprised to learn about the new policy of not splitting checks. In today's digital age, where technology has made such transactions seamless, this decision struck me as a step backward and an inconvenience to customers. Moreover, despite the modest crowd and apparent presence of 3-4 staff members, the service felt rushed and lacking in attentiveness. Only one member of my party was offered a cocktail, and I had to flag down our server to place my own drink order. On two occasions, we had to approach the bar directly to address our service needs, which should have been promptly attended to at our table. Additionally, our check was presented to us abruptly without inquiring if we were ready, and upon inspection, I discovered a lipstick stain on my wine glass. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the lack of attention to detail was disappointing. Furthermore, we were not offered dessert options; instead, our check was simply re-served to us, signaling the end of our dining experience. As someone who values the ambiance and service of a restaurant as much as the quality of the food, I am disheartened by the decline in these areas at Mr. Zeke's. While I sincerely hope to see improvements, I am hesitant to continue patronizing an establishment where my dining experience does not meet expectations. First time... finally made it... Glad that we stopped. So many tempting sandwiches and burgers. I had the California burger... well... half... and the rest made for a great lunch the next day.

Not a lot of choices in Pinetop. This was recommended. Food was just fair at best and it wasn't cheap. Took a long time to get our meals. Also got charged for someone else's meal, which was eventually straightened out, but it was kind of the cherry on the sundae to this mediocre experience. Unlikely to go back. Not sure what all the super high ratings are about.

They both looked and tasted good.___________________________2 years priorMy husband always tells me the parking lot by Mr. Zeke's is always full at night. A full parking lot or cars in front of the restaurant is always a good sign to me. We had free time yesterday morning and decided to stop for breakfast at Mr. Zeke's to try it out for ourselves. The food was amazing! I had an omelet, and my husband had biscuits and gravy. You can tell the food is fresh! We will definitely be back. Hopefully, next time for dinner. ?

The only restaurant I have been to lately where the cost matches the portion size. The food is AWESOME and unique and large portion sizes without breaking the bank. The Alfredo chicken cordon blue and the Mac and cheese chicken sandwich are my favorite.definirly a must eat at place of your in showlow/ Pinetop area in AZ.

First time at Mr Zeke's. We walked in and were seated immediately. We had five entries. Two salads, one Chefs salad and one Sweet Summer salad. Vegetables were fresh, crisp and tasty. Alfredo paste was creamy and satisfying. The burger were outstanding, one cheeseburger and one hangover burger. Both were juicy and flavorful. Some cool wall art and a chilled vibe. Portion are generous and prices are reasonable. We look forward to returning. Recommend.

We asked Siri who had the best burger in the Pinetop-Lakeside area and she responded with "Mr. Zeke's". She wasn't wrong. A delicious patty cooked to my specifications with perfection. My husband's burger as well. Lots of specialty burgers as well as build your own. The slaw was delicious and definitely on the spicy side. Nice side salad for just a small up-charge as a substitution. The glass of wine and beer were at the expected price. Other reviews mentioned poor service but that was not the case for us. Our server was charming and helpful. We had eaten outside before and although I don't recall our entrees I know we enjoyed the food. The place has a nice atmosphere. Our meals were a good value. A fully loaded burger at a fast food place is only a couple of dollars less. Their hours are very accommodating and one of the few places open on Monday. I'm happy to know they have all day breakfast and want to try other menu items. I know it can be frustrating to have less than stellar service but in these times, restaurants have a hard time staffing at the right ratio and still being able to stay in business. It's not always the server's fault. We will return to Mr Zeke's often. Even the playlist would satisfy most!
