Ruby's Cafe - Pinetop, AZ

Have tried to eat here twice, got there at 615am both times and both times they weren’t open as they were supposed to be.

Each had something different and all enjoyed our choices. Breakfast available all day which is a plus. Very welcoming people. Going to go back on a Thursday or Friday when they have local musicians as well.

My xboyfriend and his friend went to listen to music. I stayed back with a traumatized dog I recently inherited. They ordered the chicken dinner for me from the limited menu. See pic. The only conclusion I can draw is that this aplace really doesn't care about its customers.

For a brown, slimy salad that looks as if the lettuce was frozen then thawed. A thin, rubbery, unseasoned, dried out flap of breast. Was it a left over slice from the actual juicy and succulent chicken? And over-cooked old mixed veggies. My boyfriend said the spaghetti was "ok". I dunno. Maybe if it wasn't takeout, it might have been better, but this is sad. I can blame the cook, but how did this get past the waitress? Never again.

I was visiting Pinetop over the weekend and found this little gem! The food was excellent! The staff was very friendly and I loved the atmosphere. I ordered the birria and it was amazing. The food came out hot and fresh. Can't wait to go back!!

friendly and honest staff! food is great! came out hot and fresh! it's a 10 out of 10! I highly recommend the biriani! It was amazing!

No idea what the food is like. Came in, sat down and waited fifteen minutes. There were only two other tables taken, they were both pretty much done. Two tables still needing bussed. Nobody came over to take anything from me. I left. Never again.

Terrible service!!!!!!! We waited well over an hour, then they told us our order was skipped!!!!!! Didn’t even try the food! Never going again.

The new owners are sweet and the food is excellent. The chicken sandwich had lots of flavor, and my husband had their burger and was very tasty. Will be back!

The food is excellent, breakfast all day, lunch starting at 11. Good variety on the menu. Ample parking and not too busy. Stop by and check it out!
