Kiki is literally the sweetest barista. So quiet. my bubbly self tries to get her to open up:)
Carmelita is my best friend since day 1. 👌 Kellie is the perfect manager. Always greeting us by name as much as possible .
Liz reminds me of ENID from WEDNESDAY;) cute personality . And lovely style... and mariah ! Quiet, sweet with a perfect customer service 👌 all the baristas there are unique in every way.

The girl making our drinks did a great job, but Liz was very rude. She was the one taking the order. I ordered my venti iced praline latte, and my son’s venti pumpkin chai Frappuccino. The other girl I was with ordered a venti pumpkin chai latte: Liz asked her if she wanted it blended like the other drink, and she said no. When we grabbed our drinks both pumpkin chais were iced. I told the girl one was supposed to be blended. Liz was very rude and yelled from the register that she didnt charge me for a blended drink. I asked if it could be remade because it was my son’s BIRTHDAY and he not drinks blended drinks. That’s why I ordered blended. She was snotty when she told me to come back to her so she could charge the the .66 cents to make it blended. If she wouldn’t have had an attitude, I wouldn’t have been upset. I didn’t mind paying extra, but I did mind the way she spoke to me and made me feel like it was my fault when I clearly ordered my son’s drink as a Frappuccino.

kiyanni is literally the rudest worker!! everytime i go in with manners she’s always giving head nods and or doesn’t say much, very bad customer service she’s messed up my drink before and still gave me the wrong one when all i wanted was lavender cold foam but it was too much i guess!

This is by far my favorite Starbucks! The coffees & other drinks are really good. The girls are super fast and efficient. The girls that work here are very friendly and professional. They always have smiles on their faces and handle any situation accordingly. I will continue to keep going back to my favorite Starbucks! Thank you team you guys are awesome!

Be aware, the Starbucks rips you off charging a lot more than regular Starbucks

If I could put 0 stars I would. Employees were joking about being the worst Starbucks ever while we were deciding on a drink. When we went up to order the lady was rude as heck and wasn’t paying attention what so ever. She completely messed up both of our drinks. I ordered a chai latte with Carmel drizzle and a matcha tea came out. I was very clear about needing a dairy substitute like oat milk or whatever they had on hand and that wasn’t put in either. My stomach is in shreds. I wanted a remake but the employees were completely rude and refused. It is my birthday and I just wanted a good cup of coffee ffs. Will not return. 01/06/2025 at 3:30 pm

Angel needs to know the importance of the first order ... I ordered ice americano, but sad to say, she even entertained the 2nd customer, and her colleague reminded her to complete my order first.kudos to other staff, but ANGEL MUST LEARN FROM HER.

Over 8 dollars for a gross coffee the one in showlow is almost 2 dollars cheaper for the same drink made better.. any decent coffee shops in pinetop
