do not go hereeee even though it's the only one in pinetop don't do it!!!! the coffee is disgusting, it'll be a long wait for no reason, and the employees are rude and they were just on their phones and walking around while there was a whole line of people. my 3 coffees I got are not drinkable

Got to the store at 7:00 pm Ready to buy A few Frappies But the blenders were shut down for Cleaning . So decided to getlemonades Instead i don't know about you but I don't believe milk belongs in lemonades. The drinks Taste so awful No one could finish them.... I would prefer to use the 2 locations in showlow. Thanks to the barista , "Precious".

I’m a long time Starbucks customer but don’t always get the Starbucks experience at Safeway. Definitely my experience today. Was served by a young man in his twenties. Ordered an americano with a splenda and half and half. Noticed on my receipt that I was charged 70c for dairy. Told the employee that it was ridiculous to charge me for a pour of half and half. He was immediately defensive and told me he doesn’t make the rules. I said that was crazy and I wasn’t going to buy coffee there again. He tossed my Five back and said he wasn’t going to serve me. This would never happen at a regular Starbucks. This person would not last five minutes there.

It's Starbucks. It's like every other Starbucks. It smells amazing, they want you to buy everything, and it's all expensive. They attack their employees if they try to unionize or act unhappy about anything. Their coffee is good, their food is heinously overpriced microwave jimmy Dean, and their corporate practices are rotten. Doesn't get any more American than Starbucks.
