Allie is a wonderful Subway Sandwich Artist. She’s very friendly and makes a great sub. Definitely recommend her and this location!

Customer service is lacking at this location, stood line for over 10 minutes with no acknowledgement .
I'm standing at the counter while the female employee is doing whatever .
Never once made eye contact or said we'll be right with you . Didn't change gloves between pulling out bread , wiping down the counters , open doors ..

I remember now why stopped coming to this location in the first place .👎 👎

Online Order for pickup. Food was ready for pickup on time and had just been made. The sandwich was exactly how I ordered it, and the sandwich artist was super nice. Perfect experience

The manager from the Pinetop/Lakeside location talked to me with an attitude, when I matched her tone, she told me to leave the store. This lady does not look anything like a manager and obviously does not have the intelligence to be one. I totally understand to refused service to customers that are rude to the employees but to refuse service because someone matched your energy shows insecurity and is not good for any business.

one of the female employees making the online orders has an extremely nasty attitude, you’re supposed to make your customers feel welcomed, not shitty and terrible.

some white boy with ear piercings and freckles taking my order has a horrible attitude, did not have a name tag. looked high and kept laughing with his coworkers in the back. we got our food and the bread was hard so we asked to remake which he complained about and he even went as far to insult me and my mom saying how someone so old should not be eating subway if the food was to hard to chew

We show up at 8:30 on Thursday the 10th trying to get an order to go and as soon as they see me they closed I looked at the window and it was some young kids hiding from the cámaras…. The sign says they closed at 9, I think the manager need to do something about this… sorry don’t waste your time going in there.

I can’t even give one star since we stood in line waiting for the employee to make 10 to go orders… laughing and talking to others… then employee got very rude to me and the lady behind me. Telling us to back up and telling her to be quiet… this is not only my last visit … but I will share my experience with all friends in Pinetop.

Apparently they changed their flat bread and now it’s a tortilla, and the tortilla footlong is the size of a 6”. I ordered a foot long BLT on flat bread and got a 6” tortilla sandwich instead and they just told me that’s how the flatbread is now. I ordered for pick up and came back in to ask for the flat bread and she said that’s how it is now. I don’t see anyone paying for the sandwich I got. Much less ordering that for any reason. Sucks cause subway is my go-to up here in Lakeside but I guess not anymore.

One star is too much...a bunch of smart mouth teenagers with their Leader Kami setting the example. Very dirty and run by foul mouthed hoodlums.!
