If you know doordash or uber eats is not available, do not accept orders. I waited over an hour and finally called,the manager stated that no order has been recieved and questioned me like i was a child. I took several screenshots of the order and location, his only resolution was for me to drive to the location and get the food. And after speaking with him (manager) today @ 1207 AM and ending our call, my order was magically cancelled. Uber eats stated driver couldnt fnd me, ok? How could a driver not find me it the manager couldnt locate my order? Get uber eats out of Pinetop its worthless.

The inside of the restaurant smelled like sewage. That should have been my sign to leave period but my friend and I were hungry. So I ordered food just like I have every other time at Taco Bell. And this is the first time Taco Bell has ever given me food poisoning. I will never go back to this Taco Bell again. I am very disappointed

Was out door dashing with my infant and roommate. The staff was outrageously rude, took over thirty minutes to make one chicken quesadilla, said they had to remake it several times, when my roommate tried to get their attention after over 30 minutes to see why the door dash order wasn’t ready yet they called the cops on him and said he wasn’t allowed back at the location. Will never dash at this location and will recommend people not go to that location at all and when we asked for the area managers contact information we were told they could take a message instead.

Should really wear hairnets. Yes I called and said if I go back they can remake the food. Well I’m work and can’t just leave. I got food before work so I could eat.

The food was honestly great. No complaints there. The only thing I don’t like was the wait. There was nobody else in the whole restaurant, nonetheless our food took 30 minutes. That is the only reason why I give this rating a 3 stars. I personally feel like that is a little ridiculous especially considering it is fast food.

I order the same exact thing every single time I go to taco bell. I have an extremely simple order. Two soft tacos, with no cheese. I ask for no cheese because I am severely lactose intolerant, it makes me extremely sick when I eat things like cheese. Every single time I order from this location, they put only cheese, nothing else on my soft taco. I understand mistakes happen but this is getting ridiculous.

Unfortunately this is not a very well-managed restaurant and it takes a very long time to get your food. The do a good job on the food once you get it but the store has smelled like feces for a very long time in the bathroom still has not been fixed

The food was horrible the chicken was so old and the fries it was horrible and it's really sad that everything i have tried them they are the same way every time there food is so bad and this is the one in Pinetop

This is by far the worst Taco Bell in Arizona!!
The employee’s ignore you if you come inside the restaurant!! They force you to use a kiosk to order. When they called our name to pick up our order they didn’t give us our drink cups. We had to wait until an employee was coming in to start their shift to get cups for the drinks we ordered. Will never return! Taco Bell better pull their head out! Whoever was behind this change should be FIRED!

I had to wait for a long time for service in the front to ask for spoon and they didn’t even have no spoons and that lady said it so rude too like she looked me dead in the eye

So tired of the rude women that work at this location. If you dont like your job, please find another.i ordered a chicken quesidilla and pulled out a huge chicken bone. This location is dirty and the bathrooms are absolutely terrible. I'd give it a 0 if I could.

The one in Taylor has nice people...
