The Pinetop Coffee House & Roasting Company

In town visiting family, came in here after a great experience first trip to get 4 coffees for the family. Mike greeted us, and within 5 seconds of looking at the menu said "I'm here until 5, and there's a line of people behind you. LETS GO". We started ordering immediately, and got a VERY visible eyeroll with each order. The "line of people" hadn't entered the building, was only three people and we had been at the counter at this point less than 30 seconds.We chose to walk out at this point. Sad that I had to write this, but the experience we just had was shockingly bad. Hopefully Mike's day gets better.

Super cute and cozy coffee house. Friendly staff. Super cute resident dachshund. Delicious coffee. We would visit again.

I rarely review places, but I had such a great experience visiting this coffee shop. The owner is a gem. He is truly passionate about coffee and really has put his heart and soul into every aspect of this business. He gave me and my best friends a little tour of the coffee shop and a rundown on how the coffee is made. Truly magical! Also, my husband (who notoriously does not like coffee) LOVED the frappe. We will be visiting again. ☕️🌲

This is an amazing coffee shop. Stopped in today and had an amazing conversation with Mike the owner. This is truly a home town coffee shop with welcoming smiling faces. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Pine top, Arizona to stop in get a cup of freshly roasted coffee you will not regret it.

Good coffee!! The frapes are a bit too sweet for me and not bitter enough but i get that most people who order Fraps want sweetness.

I did omit a star because, yes, the person (a woman, perhaps one of the owners) who took our order was quite rude and obviously fed up. To some degree I understand since it was very busy, but I also cannot deny the experience was cheapened by the interaction. The male owner seemed like a nice guy, I got the impression that he is passionate about this business.

Fantastic coffee! Best dry cappuccino I’ve had in a good while. Black and white mocha delicious. HIGHLY RECOMMEND especially if you love good coffee. Great atmosphere.

The coffee was excellent, especially the lavender latte. However, I will not go back due to the rude service.Not one smile; no attempt to be friendly or engage in any type of customer / server conversation. I’m not sure if the server was the owner, but she clearly came across as if she didn’t want to help us. Everything about the interaction was forced. For example, when we asked her about a price of an item, she pointed to the sign and said “it’s what it says there”. I ended up not buying a $30 t-shirt because she clearly was annoyed that I was touching the shirts to look at the sizing (and trying my best to fold them back neatly). She told me the sizes were labeled on the shelf when I continued to touch. As much as I wanted the t-shirt for a gift, I refused to give the business anymore of my money. My friend bought a $30 bag of coffee to help out a veteran owned business. While I appreciate their service, I don’t appreciate being made to feel so unwelcome. It’s too bad, because they really do have great coffee.
