Well if you are looking for an intimate setting, don't go here. Just a big open room with tables. Service was pretty good, but if you like to sit at the sushi bar don't bother. They don't take your order. Youbhave to give your order to a waiter. For being in the middle of nowhere, though, the sushi was fine and reasonably priced. Presentation was good. Appears to be Chinese workers, not Japanese or Korean. Food variety was excellent and not limited to sushi.

W & Z Bistro is delicious! We have ordered take out multiple times and they have certainly delivered. The food is fresh, hot, and very tasty! The lady at the front is so kind and always very professional. She deserves a raise! The price is reasonable for the amount of food you get. We will definitely be coming back. Salute to the chef and all the hard working employees there. Thank you!

You know what, Google? I'm glad you asked how W & Z was, because it was dee-lightful. You wouldn't expect to find a place like this up in the mountains. Amazing sushi, fantastic service, and a fun atmosphere. The world may never know what W or Z stands for, but I think there are bigger mysteries to solve in the White Mountains.

Food was just ok, order was messed up, called restaurant they said call doordash, I called doordash and found that they delivered exactly what the restaurant gave them, called restaurant back they said call doordash and tell them to pickup the rest of our order, we did and dasher was very willing to do that, gave him an extra tip and he kept apologizing even though it was clearly the restaurants fault, love doordash, but, will never order from this restaurant again.

So I just moved up here from the valley. I'm a career chef.. (last vegas, los Angeles, phoenix )I didn't have high hopes for the sushi up here but I was craving it. Let me just say. These guys have it down. Fresh good
quality seafood. Really cool sushi chefs ( thanks john ) I've been back three times since. Beautiful presentation. Excellent service. It's a regular spot for me. I would highly recommend eating at the place.. you may see me there..
