I don’t like this bowling alley at all. Their lanes are so greasy and the pins are on strings. Their party person is incredibly hard to get ahold of and doesn’t return calls. And they have an older female employee with zero social skills. She is aggressive, rude, and loud. They are not upfront about their policies either for parties. I only came here because Plaza bowl has leagues on Fridays. I will go out of my way to make sure we don’t have to come here again and I will share my opinions with any friends or family member thinking about coming here, especially those thinking about having a bowling party

I teach students with physical, intellectual, and social disorders and Denise and her crew have been amazing at making my students, staff, and I feel welcomed every time. They help ensure students are set up on lanes with the proper equipment (from shoes to ball weight) and my students never sacrifice their dignity to get help or play. The professionalism of the entire crew makes me want to join a league there. Well done guys!!

My parents have taken their grandkids here every Sunday for the past 3 years and this last Sunday was the worst experience I've had in an establishment. The manager Matt had a terrible attitude. Possibly having a bad day which is fine everybody does on occasion but when my dad was trying to joke around with him he took it seriously and told us all to leave. I was shocked. We were all laughing because we thought it was a joke. This bowling ally just lost alot of money from our family.

Great place to go when looking for something to do here in Prescott Valley the food is great too.
I've only been bowling here on occasion and had no problems at all. Normally I've been here at the bar for karaoke. Can't say much about the bar since I don't drink but just getting a Coke was really pricey. I do like the bowling alley vibes though at certain times it's pretty cool, but keep in mind they are very busy most nights.
