The Deluxe burger I had was fresh & fantastic. I will definitely be back for another. I did try the BBQ Bacon Burger --> not as good as the Deluxe.

Service was so-so. The curly fries were cold. Took them up and received some freshly made ones.The new Angus cheesestake was a goopy mess asked them to cut it because it was a messy. Girl cut it and said they never cut it. Didn't finish it.

One of the best Arby’s locations I’ve been to. Staff is fast and efficient. Manger is always friendly to us. Curly fries are always hot and fresh.
Went into the Arbe’s to order a meal was the only one at the counter after about 5 minutes a employee noticed me and asked what they could do for me told her my order and was told, Oh I can’t ring you up yet, waited more time and employee came back and told me to wait another minute so now I’m waiting to place an order when other people came in and employee told me to wait again, then some other employee came over and said she is on her break, well I don’t care if employee is on break I just wanted to place an order, no I left did not place order; hope Arbes goes broke for such poor service and running off paying customers

So the advertisement say peach, strawberry and regular lemonade but they yelled at us saying they have told us before that they don't have that. Then when asking for a receipt we were told we should have said that before we ordered so the could move registers

A very nice Arby's. Neat and clean and good service. I had a Greek Gyro and it was delicious. They even have a view of the mountains to the South.
I don't eat fast food much but was visiting Grandchildren they love it. Food was fine, service was good and atmosphere fast food.

I love how Michael the manager purposely makes drivers wait for online orders , he rather make online orders last for some reason when my order had 2 items .. no drinks and still long wait time .. he should be fired! ..

We came in with a coupon for a kids meal. They no longer have the nuggets, which was advertised on the coupon, they did not give us our drink that was supposed to come with the kids meal, and the other chicken meal we bought had an old taste. On top of that, they gave us a regular dr pepper when we asked for diet, spiking my friends blood sugar. Very unsatisified with the service tonight.
