I just wanted to say I come almost everyday after work for dinner for about the last year and the food and service has never been a problem, however the bathrooms seem to have a pungent smell everytime I come in to wash my hands. But I also seen a review from a Bailey speaking on an incident I was involved in. I came in and immediately a customer is yelling at me that Arbys going to steal my money and not give me food. A girl worker explained that there was issues in the app and the customer wont follow the steps to get the refund, the customer left after some insults and hit and spit on a window. The building itself seems to have issues, but Id give 5 stars otherwise!

Been eating here for 17 years and I just had the single worst customer service experience of my life their app double charged me and I even showed the proof through my bank app they refused to give me the rest of the food i paid for and when I asked for a refund they refused that as well and tried to give me a soda instead. They claimed they aren't responsible or associated with the app which is a lie Arby's is a franchise not conglomerate. Mike the shift manager was incredibly rude disrespectful and a thief. Accidents happen but Accidents at this Arby's when Mike is in will not only not be fixed but they will cuss you out and he will steal you're money. not to mention the half of the food i did get was dripping wet with something. After 17 years we will not be returning again
Arby's just one of my favorite fast food places, but the service here was interesting.The drive thru guy was very curt.

My husband and I just went to the Arby’s in Prescott Valley. We tried their new sliders and curly fry’s. The curly fry’s were hard and ice cold. They must have been sitting all day or more. The chicken sliders have no sauce or anything. They were so dry. My husbands beef sliders were marginal. Don’t think we will be visiting Arby’s for a long time.
Great staff and service at this location! Every time.
