This was our first time at Backburners for lunch, and we both had an excellent meal. We will be back for their breakfast next time. Lisa made sure we had everything we needed, and she made our experience wonderful. Thank you!🙏

Service and atmosphere are 5/5. Food for the mostpart also a 5. I just didnt like the daily special the corned beef hash and eggs. I think it wasn't mixed well enough/chopped enough, nor was it cooked long enough. It wasn't bad or offputting, just needs more butter/oil and time in the pan and beef needs more even chopping. Personally, I also think the hashbrowns (side hashbrowns) need more cooking too, there was just no crisp, I know it will take more time, but it'll make it that much more delicious.

Pancake was delicious, chicken fried steak delicious, waitress was friendly.

Other negatives are the bathrooms. Not hating on the little angel gender identifiers, but it takes too long to look and see which is mens and women's! Leave the angels but also add just a standard mens and womens sign please.

Also, bathroom sink water was burning hot. Need to adjust water temperature or install sinks where you can choose hot and cold and its not just hot.

As a family, we have gone to Backburner for many years without disappointment. We requested for BackBurner to cater our wedding day after brunch for family and friends who came from out of town and BackBurner exceeded our expectations once again. This family own restaurant literally makes you feel like family and is very kid friendly. The owner Nick is very down to earth and treats you as if you are a long term friend just coming over to have some amazing down home cooking and chit chat. The staff are always friendly and accommodating to needs and always make you feel welcomed the moment you step foot in the door and you never leave hungry. Whether you are going in to eat and look at their amazing decor, getting married or having a party, BackBurner is the place to go.

Great place to bring family to have a great time together. The food is great and delicious. Cinnamon rolls are huge and nice and warm all the time. They are so good. Friendly staff as well. Breakfast is served the whole time they're open.

I've been here quite a few times and it's definitely worthy of a 5 star review. The place always gives off the feeling that it's run very efficiently and to a high personal standard.
The staff always have high energy and are very friendly and professional. The last time I was here the owner spent about 15 minutes talking with me, even though I'm sure there were important things he needed to attend to.
The decor reflects their appreciation for first responders and our Nation's military, which I really appreciate as well.
And of course the reason why I came here in the first place, which is to get a bite to eat. I'm usually a creature of habit, but I've tried several different things off their menu and have been impressed every time.
I'm usually not hungry until around 12:30/1:00 and it's nice to still be able to get breakfast!
I highly recommend this place and feel good about supporting their business.
