I’m pissed! Baskin-Robbins ice cream is not the cheapest ice cream and I know I’m going to pay eight dollars for a milkshake and it’s worth it to me because I love their ice cream. This location for some bizarre reason put ice cubes in my milkshake! A s I was drinking it I kept getting pieces of ice and was wondering why and then when I got down to the bottom about a quarter of my cup is ice cubes. Trying to skimp on the actual ice cream part?! I’ll stick to the Iron Springs location from now on.

The WORST Baskin Robbins I've ever been to. We have tried this place many times since it's the closest one to us. They never have bananas for banana splits, they said they get old? We'll, buy fresh ones. Also, the scoops are very tiny and they are over $4 . My first job was Baskin Robbins and it was a fun job and we were trained right. This one needs new owners/managers.

We dropped in tonight for a little something. Service was great. They had a full selection. Everything was great until I tasted my cup of water. MOLD. Probably the ice machine but yes definitely a mold flavor. Doesn't anyone taste or sample their items any more, before they go out the kitchen door?

Found a hair in my ice cream tonight. Male worker had filthy clothing on. Disgusting place. Did I report the hair in my ice cream to the 17 or 18-year-old workers. No I didn’t bother but I will contact corporate.

I’m upset, I was charged $26 for 2 three scoops of ice cream with hot fudge and nuts, through door dash, only received one, only two scoops, dasher went back, arrived with another, again only two scoops. I will never order from this place again. Was ripped off, I had company and this shouldn’t be such a heavy price for incorrect order.

This store is always out of ice cream flavors. Today was no different. They were sold out of Blue Cookie Monster. In addition, after waiting more than 7 minutes for the car ahead of us, we drove to the window and our order wasn’t ready. The person who took the order only input 1 of 5 items. We were told he didn’t have enough time to enter the information. Terrible service. We just drove away. Someone isn’t managing this store efficiently.

Eh it's good in a pinch but nothing special if I'm being honest. It's not my cup of tea but alot of ppl seem to like it.

Overall this was very good! Just the ice cream was a little to small the employee was nice and the room was decorative and it was amazing the ice cream was amazing ?

And now today the 3rd of August 2023, again no waffle cones or bowls, and the girl, who thankfully didn't get my ice-cream, was hands all in the trash outside pushing it down to make room.didn't wash her hands

Almost didn't go because of the negative reviews. But it was good. Fast service, good ice cream.

8 people buy ice cream. Barely any seating and a 4 top is being used by their managers or leadership to conduct a meeting. They didn't offer that table by to customers. They were wondering why Starbucks is doing better than them. I could give them a few reasons.
