4th visit, only ever able to ice cream 1 time, and this wasn't it. They are once again out of the only 1 no sugar added flavor, in addition to 7 other flavors being out. No ice cream to serve. 3 employees playing with their friend through the window. Lousy service, no treats, seems like no management. How do you pay people when you have nothing to sell? Really hoping something new comes to town. Cold Stone from decades ago is greatly missed.

VERY expensive for poor quality product with tiny servings. What a shame. Baskin Robbins used to be the go to place for a family. Now skip it. You can have a good meal for the same price. Sad!

8 people buy ice cream. Barely any seating and a 4 top is being used by their managers or leadership to conduct a meeting. They didn't offer that table by to customers. They were wondering why Starbucks is doing better than them. I could give them a few reasons.

We ordered a shake thru the drive thru. We ordered a Mint chip shake - a large is super expensive at $9.60. We got home it was not the correct flavor and very watery like where was the ice cream? Don't bother very over priced and quality not good.

Worst run Baskin-Robbins in the history of the franchise. I have been there 4 times over the course of 5 months and they are always out of practically everything. Never have whip cream for a sundae, never have any variety of toppings (you would be lucky to even get one) and never have any basic flavors or the great ones like peanut butter and choclate. I feel bad for the employees for they take all the heat from disappointed clients like me.

Spent 30$ on Wednesday for 3 double scoop Ice cream bowls. Came out with 3 bowls of ice cream that filled the cup half way, the ice cream did not even touch the plastic lids. Extremely disappointed... especially at $30 :/
Got a scoop of Pumpkin Cheesecake ice cream today. Not many staff, but the male employee came right up and asked if I wanted to try any flavors. He was very polite and courteous.

Had a new employee trying to help, she was just learning, and she was nervous, so to everyone, when people are new, don't get upset, remember they are nervous and treat them with respect.

Got 2 hand pack courts half and half. And one is half full, not packed whatsoever. Female employee that took order was extremely rude. When trying to call the store it just goes to an automated device. Had to call dunken(the store next door).
