This is the best Chinese food in all of Prescott and Prescott Valley. The crispy beef is magnificent! Food ready in 20 minutes. Their food is to go. Can't say enough. Got food timely and it was Lunar New Year!

Recently got take out from this restaurant because we love to try new places. If this is something you also enjoy, stay away from this one. We ordered 3 meals: sweet and sour chicken, beef and broccoli, and the Beijing crispy beef. We also ordered egg rolls. These are standard dishes that one can expect to be good from any Oriental restaurant, or so I thought up until a couple days ago. The sweet and sour chicken has a sauce that seems to be mostly grenadine and the batter on the chicken does not hold up to the watery sauce. It gets soggy very quickly leaving a poor texture that makes you want to stop eating. There was a lot of sugar and onion in the sauce as well but the pineapple was so small it could have come from a can. I genuinely do not know. The beef and broccoli was even less appealing. There was enough corn starch in the sauce to make it a solid clump of gelatinous ooze that sloughed off as it was lifted from the to-go container. The meat was, and this is no exaggeration, gray; there was not even a brown to the sauce to tint the beef, it was gray and wiggly. The sauce seems to consist of soy sauce and black pepper. The Beijing beef was deep fried but the batter underneath was not cooked all the way and the sauce tasted bad. The sechuan peppers and orange peel were old and under cooked. The skin was left on the peppers and the corns were served whole in the dish. This combination of not cooked and poor prep work was beyond acceptable. The egg rolls were meh and that was the best part of this meal. I would advise to avoid this place at all cost. It was not worth the time or money and we will absolutely keep our business at Canton Dragon from now on.

150% recommend this place for amazing Chinese food. The food was very fresh and tasty. Beyond impressed with the food, and quick service. Order was made accurate, and workers were friendly and helpful. Recommended dishes that we enjoyed are Chicken Chow Mein, Beef with Snow Peas, Wor Won Ton Soup, Shrimp with Lobster Sauce, and Crab Puffs. One thing to note is this place is take-out only.

So in full disclosure, I will confess to you that Chinese is my favorite style of food to eat out.Unfortunately the food here, in my humble opinion; is simply just ok. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would say a 6 and sometimes a 7. Not great, but not terrible. As Canton Dragan certainly is quite poor quality.I really do wish and hope, that these folks at Beijing ll, could work it out and make truely great food. I would definitely be their biggest fan. Until then, I'll have to wait for desperation to move me down the Beijing ll.Vegetarian options: Not many

I feel so bad that I let bad reviews keep me from this place. There was an older man and woman who took and gave me my takeout order and the food was quick and MADE SO GOOD. not a single flaw. Crab rangoons are just how I like them — fried rice, how mein and their chicken (I’m not sure of the name it’s similar to orange/sesame chicken but spicy) and was great. This IS the only good takeout in town so stop hating on it!!!!! Also we aren’t from here, so that’s also saying a lot!!!
