Well it's a buffalo wild wings, the foods just about the same everywhere you go. I'm not gonna complain about the prices, anything like that. This was strictly service related. After being seated it took roughly 20 min for anyone to take our order. Food came out relatively quickly which was nice. That being said I talked to my waitress a Total of 3 times. When she took my order, when I asked for the check the first time, and when I asked for it a second time. Never got a refill on any drinks, or anything. I would give slack if it was busy, and she was tanked. She wasn't though. It was my table and 3 others in her section that actually had people. She'd disappear for 20 minutes at time. All the time around us had the same experience. Overall I'd recommend just ordering it out if you really want buffalo wild wings. Wasted 30 min of time trying to get a hold of someone to just give me my check so I could leave.

I placed a pickup order at this restaurant over the weekend and did not receive a receipt. Additionally, an item was missing from my order. This is not the first time I’ve experienced issues with my to-go orders from this establishment. Resolving these problems has been frustrating, requiring numerous phone calls and nearly two weeks to finally receive a refund.
I left my name, phone number, and credit card information, but I have yet to hear from management. This ongoing lack of follow-up and accountability is unacceptable.
While I want to acknowledge the host, Donte, was very polite and easy to work with, the overall experience with this restaurant has been disappointing. I strongly recommend others check their orders carefully before leaving, as reliability and customer service are clearly lacking.
I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and encourage others to do the same. How many other customers are being shortchanged? Your business clearly lacks basic ethics.

We've had bad service at this location before, but with new management present, we've decided to give this BWW another chance, and what an experience. Caly (our waitress) provided outstanding service. We will be coming back. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK BWW TEAM

We were the only people in the restaurant and still had to flag people down. Mozzarella sticks had no cheese. They never refilled our waters. Asked for extra ranch, and they never brought it

Bone in wings are a better size than when I visited previously and it was a great experience with great atmosphere. Less busy for a weekday lunch which is when we went if you are wanting to beat the crowd.

If i could leave zero star review i would! First time going, wanted to take my husband out for father’s day, the nachos tasted and smelled like canned chicken! We were taken care of by three people by the time our server came to us he gave us the wrong order we ordered 10wings half and half gave us three trays of different things! we couldn’t even eat without him coming to the table every two seconds asking us if we wanted something very uncomfortable dinning experience we left before we could even eat!

It’s amazing how this place stays in business. Service is terrible. The bar staff sit and chat with each other while customers wait for someone to come over and take orders, food plates are left on tables. They just don’t seem to care. No wonder there hardly anyone in here on a Saturday afternoon.
