Straight trash. Food is luke warm Everytime.likeni try to come back and deal with it but it's never good. If you want to come drink do that but food and service is juvenile at best.

Jessica, our server, let us know she was in training. We'd have never guessed it. We haven't eaten at a BWW in a while, so we had a lot of questions about the food. She was patient with us and offered suggestions. My daughter ordered boneless chicken wings based on Jessica's suggestions and wasn't disappointed. Another plus for me was that they served Pepsi products.

Ordered To-Go, paid $70.00 for old fries and ćold food. They didn’t even put my order together correctly. Missing a full meal and sauces, asked for silverware. We basically starved.. we tried to eat the food but it was just so bad and my girls were bummed and so was I. Don’t have a car, I can’t just drive over. Waste of time and money!

Just left this place and I didn’t ever get the food I ordered after waiting nearly an hour and it was a wrap! We ordered drinks. Most drinks were delivered promptly except the beer. My husband waited like 20min to get his beer after having to flag someone down to ask since we never really saw our server. We ordered cheese curds as an appetizer. We were perplexed to get some of the food before the appetizer even came. The server didn’t know we had curds. She said the rest is on its way in a few. The only other thing that came was my son’s kids burger. I was left without any food.y daughter didn’t want her wings as they were soft and barely done. I had to get a manager to help with the matter but still, left after an hour and I never got to eat anything! The place was dead even for a Friday so there’s no excuse other than poor management!
Wings were dry and small. The hot sauce wasn’t hot at all. Service was really good though and fast.

I write a lot of reviews and always strive to be objective - good or bad. That said, this was the worst service I've had at any restaurant in years. One hour after entering, 45 minutes after ordering, we had not received any part of our order. Pressed for time and no help in sight, we left. Not sure why we waited so long. Just nothing else to say. This location has some serious issues. Too bad - I like BWW, but I will not be going back. Too many better options.

This one hurts me to admit but the burger was the best I've had in a while. I don't go to many chain restaurants especially while traveling but it was storming and I wanted to eat close my hotel. The burger I had was excellent. Service was really good.
