On my way back to Phoenix stopped to get a hamburger ordered a whopper with cheese it was absolutely disgusting the bun was so hard I could knock on it. The Mayo was cooked the lettuce was so old couldn’t go back or I would have asked the manager to eat it!

Burger King has shown significant improvement in food quality and service, with many returning to the location multiple times a month. The staff is friendly and kind, working hard to get the food out quickly. The manager Mike is especially kind and awesome. Food is generally good and quick, including the flame broiled impossible burgers. However, the lobby can be uncomfortably warm, and the bathroom was dirty. Drive-thru customers should double-check their orders upon pickup, as mistakes can occur with missing items or wrong toppings.
