Burger King

The water tasted like toilet water because it's unfiltered. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting and worse than a gas station. The lights were flickering, the walls were decaying like black and cracking, even the mirrors were gross looking like they were cleaned with the wrong products, the restroom floors were dirty with hair, blood, full trashcans, dirt and grime... it scared my daughter and I was so grossed out we didnt eat our food and just threw it away and went to McDonald's. This was literally at 8:00 am this morning. So disgusting. Never ever going here again!

Whopper Wednesday was another disaster. Waited over 10 minutes to get service and I was the only one. Then when I ordered the Whopper with a chocolate milk shake, I was told the ice cream machine was down. What a pathetic Burger King in Prescott Valley. No wonder In and out is always packed. I walked out.

Ordered at 7pm; a couple of double rodeo Burgers with barley any BBQ sauce and they didn't care or forgotten to add dipping sauce for my nuggets. Poor service.

Recommended dishes: Sandwich

Always messes up my orders and way too expensive for burgers and fries that are cold.
I would not recommend.
What happened to the good tasting burger? Not even cooked the way they used to be.
The last burger I had was just gross, it was soggy, the lettuce and onions looked withered and old, the onion rings were cold.
I've tried to give them a chance but this is just not good.
Second time, still gross.

I DO NOT know who was working the drive through window this evening, but the gentleman who made my burger!! OH MY GOSH! Thank you Best not only Whopper, but burger I’ve ever had!! Thank you

Very disappointed at how filthy it is inside. The vents look like they have never been touched. The soda area was sticky and gross. But the worst was how part of the management team was standing at front , counting packets of mustard , and not once looking up to greet customers or say anything. When they were asked a question by another customer, eyes rolled as if to say , you made lose my count…. Go in back and if that is the case . any weeks later, and even corporate offices have dropped the ball in Asia what can be done. If you like clean, do not tho here,, it will disgust. you

Past one Burger King saw whopper Wednesday went to Prescott Valley and they charged me double they don’t participate. Been coming here for a while will not again greedy owners.
