Stopped at burger king this morning to get breakfast for my family and was OVERWHELMED by the INCREDIBLE customer service we got from Laura!

Small error on my meal they corrected it right away and were on par.
Mostly every time I go drive through service and food have been spot on especially with Lou manning the window much appreciation to the staff that work there!

had us wait in front of the store for almost 30 minutes just for me to go into the store and be told there burners weren't even on or warmed up yet and so it was gonna be another 15-20 minute wait

Nice retro Burger King. Don't eat at Burger King except on rare occasions. This particular franchise was decent. Ordered the usual Whooper meal. It was good. Prices have gotten stupid.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The manager Angel was patient and very nice. The gentleman ricky made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it with the changes.

Ordered fish sandwich and original chicken sandwich+onions. Both were SO salty you could not eat. They added jalapeños instead of onion. The lettuce on chicken sandwich was GROSS. The vun was dried out.
Last time before this, the food was just as GROSS. Gave them one more chance. Will NEVER go there again and waste my money. They should just close the doors if that is the kind of garbage they are going to serve.

Went for my cheat meal and it was the greatest experience ever. The manager was very kind and the staff were super friendly! Honestly best BK service I’ve ever had in my life! This place is doing it right!

Umm. Staff great . Drive thru great . I live an hour away to get home to my whopper jr with no patty. I guess it can happen but really no patty when I get home. I have to laugh at this. I guess I'm a vegetarian today

Waited 10min inside customer before me walked out, when asking why the front counter was not being served the excuse was they were focused on the drive through despite two workers standing around waiting on the kitchen

Standing at the front counter waiting to be helped with ordering for 10 minutes and the employees ignored us and continued to help with the drive thru and when we asked to be helped they told us to wait and that the drive thru was more important. Employees were rude!
