Ate here one evening. Needed to wash my hand after finishing my food. An immediately walked out of the bathroom because the restroom are so dirty, I felt sick after thinking how my food was prepared with restrooms this gross. The staff are just hanging out in the back talking. Probably won't come back

I used the drive thru after work and placed an order for 2 whoppers no cheese. Should have checked the bag before leaving, so this is my fault. Because when I got home I had one Double Whopper with cheese. The generational language differences must be more confusing than I give it credit.

Buns were hard as rocks. The patties have gotten so much smaller. About a quarter of the bun didn't even have a patty on it. Will definitely not be going back.

Staff is always so rude, then when you go in because you'll always be parked... you see this on the front counter... The entire restaurant is DISGUSTING! clearly a representation of the lack of management. I'll have it my way, clean please.

Very very terrible customer service. They closed their lobby doors at like 6:00 at night due to them being " short staff " or laziness food is not fresh, long wait in drive through when it shouldn't
Just had a very nice experience with an employee there name Lou. Didn't expect the extra help and the nice attitude that I received. So if she's not a manager I think she would be a good one.
